The atmosphere is gorgeous, but the food and service was very disappointing. I ordered the Veal Sinatra which came out tough. I found out the guy diagonally across from me had the same entree and he said it tasted like rubber. Between the waiter and the owner himself they both insisted we order something else as all the veal would taste the same way. I even tried to tell both the waiter and the owner that the person directly across the table from me had the Veal Sinatra and he thought his was fine. So why was I persuaded to order something else? Secondly, they forgot to bring my ginger ale and they also forgot to bring the bread and butter for the table. I told the owner as I was leaving that I was very disappointed with this place and all he said was “I’m very sorry “. Didn’t even ask if he could do anything to try to please me somehow. I then told him I won’t be going back there again with that kind of response. He again just said “I’m very sorry “. Lastly, you have to park in the parking garage behind the restaurant. Nino’s in Boynton Beach and Henry’s in Delray Beach are much better restaurants and the veal there was very tender! Gave one star for the atmosphere, otherwise I would give it 0 stars. Had diarrhea immediately afterwards. Everyone said my veal was disgusting looking! Everyone on Facebook is saying it looks like a rabbit’s leg! Please see photo! Several people on Facebook have said my veal looked so unappetizing! P.S. I ordered the Chicken Paillard as my replacement entree and to go since everyone else had finished eating their dinners. The chicken was paper thin while the guy diagonally across the table from me ordered Chicken Parmesan as his replacement and his chicken was like 5X thicker than mine!

this place was recommended to me by family member so we decided not to make a reservation and just go see it. it was very busy but we got a table in the high traffic area with ac duct blowing straight at us, when i asked to change tables they said nothing is available so we decided to stay anyway. the calamari appetizer we ordered was way too over salted and greasy. the scallops dish was as you see only 4 scallops for $38 and lots of risotto, but actually was just boiled rice with lots of butter dumped in it. this was not risotto. the hamburger was just average taste for $30, fries was cold but tasty. the lasagna dish was way to rich, lots of fat and just average pasta with tiny amount of ricotta cheese. the best thing we had was very nice italian bread with olive oil they served for starters. in summary, very ordinary restaurant, not any better than olive garden but way overpriced for what they give you. service was decent. the ambiance was good, except the guy who walked around singing was very loud so that you couldn’t carry on a normal conversation. please, change the music neil diamond is way too old fashioned now. they charge a 3.5 percent service fee for whatever reason, ridiculous charge now that the covid is over.

The ambiance was nice and intimate, some of the music was right out of The Godfather and added to the vibe. Our server Dominick (sp?) was attentive and helpful, he was accommodating when one of our guests asked to change the order. We started with drinks and the Italian mule was deliciously light with flavored vodka and pineapple juice in addition to the ginger beer. It gave it a bit of sweetness that was not overpowering. The calamari with jalapeños and the steamed clams were delicious and flavorful. The angel hair bolognese and the stuffed mushrooms were ok. I had the roasted fig pizza and it’s too much for one person, great for sharing. Portions for most of the dishes were plenty and in my opinion could be shared family style to try a bunch of different dishes. I’d definitely go back. We didn’t try the specialty cheesecake or any desserts, although Dominick told us about this salted caramel cheesecake that sounded amazing. We’ll leave room for dessert next time.

Restaurant Review: A Memorable Dining Experience

During a recent visit to Baciami’s my wife and I had the pleasure of savoring a delightful array of dishes. We eagerly ordered the stuffed mushrooms, eggplant Parmesan, and the highly recommended short rib burger. To our amazement, the food came out extremely fast, which was a pleasant surprise.

Our waiter, Sal, truly made our dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Sal's expertise in beverage pairings was evident as he skillfully recommended drinks that perfectly complemented our meal. Each sip was a delightful revelation, and we were thoroughly impressed.

Now, let's delve into the culinary highlights of our meal. The stuffed mushrooms were a mouthwatering combination of flavors. The rich and earthy mushrooms were generously filled with a savory mixture that left us wanting more. The eggplant Parmesan was a true delight for vegetarians and carnivores alike. The eggplant was perfectly breaded and fried, then layered with a luscious tomato sauce and melted cheese. The result was a harmonious blend of textures and flavors that left us utterly satisfied.

And then there was the star of the show, the short rib burger. This masterpiece of a burger featured succulent, slow-cooked short rib meat, perfectly seasoned and piled high on a toasted bun. Each bite was an explosion of juiciness and robust flavor. It was evident that the restaurant takes pride in sourcing quality ingredients, as the meat was tender and full of flavor.

What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, is the atmosphere. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a warm and inviting ambiance. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and intimate setting. The lighting was just right, striking the perfect balance between comfort and sophistication. Combined with the friendly and attentive service, the atmosphere made us feel like valued guests.

In conclusion, our dining experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated to a culinary journey that left a lasting impression. The stuffed mushrooms, eggplant Parmesan, and short rib burger were all expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Sal, our waiter, deserves special recognition for his impeccable service and drink recommendations. If you're looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding food with exceptional service and a delightful atmosphere, this is the...

Dined at Baciami on 11/23/20 for the first time. Had drinks in their lounge prior to our dinner, our server was Joey. We had a 7pm reservation for 6 people and were seated promptly. There were 3 tables of 2, 1 table of 3, and our table of 6 for the evening. Joey was also our server in the dining room. There was also one other server working the other tables. For a not so busy night, everything seemed to take forever to get to the table. Weather it was drinks or asking for bread it would take at least 15 minutes. on more than one occasion I would have to get up from the table to get a clean dish or evoo that was on the cart because we couldn't get anyone's attention. I personally liked Joey but he seemed to be overwhelmed at times even though the restaurant wasn't busy. When the dinner odered was placed, Joey came back 20 minutes later to say there was only enough scallops for one person. So one person in our party had to order something different. When the food finally arrived I had the scallop dish. You were supposed to get 4 jumbo scallops. I got 2 jumbo and the third was sliced in half. Also the risotto was not creamy at all, just white rice with a little sauce mixed in. When Joey came back to the table I showed him. He said he felt embarrassed and offered to get me another dinner. We were close to 2 hours already and didn't want to wait longer. Joey did come back with a couple of shrimp to add to the dinner. One person in are party ordered the prime steak. While the steak was good the creamed spinach that was ordered was anything but creamed. It was soupy. Our party had drinks, appetizers, dinners, after dinner drinks and coffee. When our check came there was a $15 service charge added to the bill which was $473 not counting the drinks we had in the lounge. When we asked Joey what the charge was for, he would have to get the manager to explain. When the manager came over he said it was a covid charge instead of raising the prices on the menu. Nothing stated on the menu and no one mentioned that there would be a charge. When I asked the manager to waive the charge based on our night he said no. The whole night was a disappointing experience. The food was lackluster. The manager didn't do the right thing and lost 6 customers who paid good money for a terrible night. We didn't take our disappointment out on Joey who was tipped appropriately. He tried his best and shouldn't suffer because of the kitchen and management. Left at 10pm, 3 hours way to long to be disappointed. I can't...

I don't write many reviews, but was compelled to with this experience. I took my parents and my family to Baciami for Father's Day. I had never been to the restaurant, but had been to their sister restaurants, Prime and Ilbacio in Delray. I remembered ordering the braciole at Prime in Delray, and it was fantastic. When we walked in, the ambiance was very good and we were greeted nicely. My parents arrived first and ordered a drink at the bar. I ordered a club soda, bartender poured it from the gun, no charge. We sat at our table, visited for awhile and put in an antipasto order. When it came, it was large, several cured meats and good cheeses, very nice salad for the table. I ordered another club soda, and this time the waiter brought over a small bottle of club soda and charged me $4 a bottle. When we ordered our food, both my father and I ordered the Sunday gravy. It comes with braciole, meatballs and sausage. I ordered mine with an extra piece of braciole in place of the sausage, and told the waiter that I would be more than happy to pay extra for it. 10 minutes later, the waiter came back to explain that they only had one piece of braciole left (our reservations were 6:30), and I wanted my father to have that so I ordered the veal instead. We ended up splitting the braciole when dinner was served, and it was very dry. My mother's order didn't arrive until 15 minutes after all of the other meals showed up. Apparently, the waiter forgot to enter it in with the rest of our orders. I was very disappointed that they were out of food items this early in the evening, the food order was not timed properly, and the food wasn't really all that good. The marinara sauce was extremely sweet, way too much sugar for our liking. My wife ordered the sea scallops, and they barely had a crust on the searing. I think the cook rushed it and didn't have his fry pan hot enough. My kids had a pizza, and although I did not try any it did look very good (brick oven pizza). I was a little disappointed that the gratuity was automatically added to our check (4 adults and 3 kids), because I would not have tipped 20%. In addition to forgetting to put in our entire order, it took forever to get a drink and the restaurant was not full. I give this 2 stars because the place was nice, the salad was very good but everything else was very disappointing. I do not believe this place is worth the money, and I will...
