If I could give no stars I would this restaurant is absolutely terrible in every way from the service of the employees working there to picking up my order to placing an order online for delivery. I ordered my food in person spending over $30 and the person that checks you out didn’t even acknowledge me saying I’ll be right with you whilst she dealt with someone else that had an issue with their order then when that person was taken care of “nicely” which is rare in this restaurant the employee didn’t not say anything but the price of my food after I had to wait 3 to 4 minutes to pay for my food. Then there’s pick up never ready for my pick up time just only when I’m late and put on the wrong shelve so I have to look for my order. And now and why I’m doing this review I was supposedly talking to the manager about my $40 order that was entirely incorrect she couldn’t give me my correct order unless I went into the restaurant which I didn’t want to do that’s why I placed an online order for delivery or just a refund which will take days to go back on my card even though I used Chipotle App to place my order they won’t do a correct order and call DoorDash to deliver again even though it’s not my mistake or DoorDash’s mistake and I didn’t even get an apology for my whole order being incorrect and she even hung up on me whilst I was still talking to her and didn’t get her name either before she abruptly hung up on me. They are just an incompetent bunch of teenagers who need an adult to supervise them as their manager to have this place run properly and correctly. To think these employees get the same now $15 an hour as I do and they perform their jobs terribly and if I did as badly as they do I would lose my job. Chipotle just raised their prices for the same terrible service to cover the cost of their employees pay rise but your service is getting worse instead of better for your price increase and your employees pay rise. Chipotle do better and hire an adult to manage your restaurant’s and give your employees better customer service training your making enough of a profit to do both of these. This is so disgusting for a chain restaurant coming from California where I have had first hand experience of how well they treat customers there. Read moreThis was my very first and VERY LAST time going to this location. Walked into the location and every last person was standing around and or talking or making their own food. I stood there before a young man (who didn't even want to take my order) along with the other gentlemen and young lady there. As i stood there after everyone passed me around to the next saying 'you take her, no you take her no you', the one One of the young gentleman was fixing his food looked directly at me and said 'you can wait rite? She don't mind waiting, she can wait' and continued fixing his food and I stated 'well I don't have a choice do I'? And he replied 'nah you don't your rite' and left me standing there and started to laugh and left to the back. Than one out of the three young man who said he wasn't taking me came and assisted me. On top of all of that already made me want to walk out, the same young man took my order and the other who stated I could wait LOUDLY said 'that steak DRY and look old' as he put it in my bowl. I asked if the food was bad why give it to me? I was told it's still good as they laughed. He finished helping me, I thanked him because apparently me coming in 10 mins before closing was a VERY BIG ISSUE and as it was said, I could have waited. I don't know if a manager was on shift, but nobody said anything about anything. I WILL NOT GO BACK. I went to feed my 6 year old and ended up throwing the food away, because not knowing if he was giving OLD and DRY food n that is exactly what it tasted like, DRY OLD FOOD.. Original: It's so disappointing because every time I think this Chipotle is starting to get it together, it leaves so much to be desired. I want to love this spot because it's literally in walking distance from my house, but every time I go there is an issue. This past time I put in an online order and when I arrived, it had never gone through. I completely understand that this is a huge nuisance to customers and employees and it's not their fault. However, the staff had no patience for my inquiries and would not even engage when I asked if my food was almost ready. It took 30 minutes for them to realize that the order had not gone through and that I would need to give them my order for them to make it. No apologies. Not even a word spoken to me. I asked when I finally got my bowl (that I and my 9-month-old son had been waiting very patiently for) if I could please get a side of guacamole for waiting so long. Again not a word, but the guac did appear. When I finally got my bag after an hour after ordering it, again not a word spoken to me. I'm more than willing to be understanding and apologetic If the issue was on my end, but the service here is just so lacking and such a shame.
