I went to the location on Gateway Blvd in Boynton Beach, Florida, this morning to get a cup of coffee. I was so disgusted by the complete lack of COVID 19 Safety and Sanitation protocols. I was the only person in the restaurant wearing a mask. The other customers were not wearing masks and were not asked to, (per Palm Beach County health Code) nor was anyone social distancing. (There were blue tape lines on the floor however) None of the three people serving were properly wearing masks. The young man taking the orders had his mask hanging from his ears and under his chin- his mouth and nose were completely exposed. The young man preparing the food had has nose covered but not his mouth. Neither wore gloves. The young lady preparing the beverages had super long false lashes and long claw like nails, both considered sanitation no-no's in the food service industries. Not only did she wear neither gloves nor a mask, but she went outside to talk on her phone and came back in to start making beverages WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!!!! Palm Beach County COVID 19 Cases have been increasing by 3 digits daily and this place is probably one of the reasons why. I threw my coffee out without even drinking it and covered my hands and arms with hand sanitizer. Seriously, if you want to go to a place that is dirty and disgusting and doesn't care if they give you COVID 19 or any other disease, this is the place to go. Read moreI never like to make bad surveys but this is getting out of hand. the customer service there is so poorly. they dont even like speaking to u or acknowledging u when u come in. (only the one new guy with the nice curly hair) i dont know if its cause im black and 90% of the staff there is also and it shames me to say it but we feel like we have to treat our ppl with less manners and the non colored ppl with manners bc of race. well i come there every day going on 2 years and order the SAME exact thing but my order has been not worth the time and trouble. and i wish i had time to go to another dunkin just bc of it but its in my route to my job. i dont normally complain but the last few times ive got a plain bagel toasted it has been burnt & tell me why twice it was not even cut open or toasted and just put in the wrapper and in a bag. i tell the girl there and she didnt even apologize or say the next one will be on us or nothing knowing ive come there soooooo many times in the last year or so. yesterday was my last straw when i had to leave my job and come back bc the plain bagel i always purchase toasted had all this cream cheese on it. Read moreSo right now it is Saturday, March 22 and it is 2:54 PM I am at the Dunkin’ Donuts right now in the guy that is at the register is some white guy with long hair not really sure his nationality but as I’m trying to order a brown sugar shaken espresso I’m here telling him that I do not want the amount of oat milk that they normally put inside of the drink. I wanted a little bit less Instead of him just making the drink how I like it he sits here and argue with me. I never experienced this at any coffee shop before if a person does not want the drink how they normally make it in suggesting a different way they should just make it. What’s the sense of arguing with a customer then as I order a sausage wake up wrap, the sausage is old and rubbery. I went back in to tell them that I didn’t want it anymore instead of him just making me another one. He’s telling me I have to come back in the morning. I have to speak to a supervisor. The customer service is horrible at this Dunkin’ Donuts. Horrible I will never ever ever come back here again. If you’re going to have people working inside of your store, you need to tell them or teach them.
