My husband and I ordered a large pizza and cheese bread. We received our pizza at hardly room temperature and WRONG. My husband called to let the store know and Marissa the "manager " answered. My husband explained the situation and Marissa replied with I took your order, I clarified your order, and the order was made....first off nothing in my order would require me to say the word half....so idk how my pizza would come with half the toppings....but what is worse is how she stressed that I only wanted half toppings...I ordered 2 topping pizza with cheesybread...im not in the pizza business...but seemed pretty simple since it was a coupon. I manage in customer service and just can't understand why someone would argue with someone...she offered to cancel payment after arguing with me...im not in it for a free meal...im trying to trust that an order will be accurate and that any additional challenges be handled in a way that makes sense...how are you going to offer a free discount but insist u You were correct...I declined the free bill and said ill go elsewhere....she said she credited the pizza, but honestly I won't be ordering Marco's due to the service...its sucks because the pizza was good, but the experience was so sub par...and my deal got me half the value....i don't get it!!! Read moreUpdate 4/15/25. As I said we would give them another try, in fact I have been back twice and what a turn around. It was like I was in a different restaurant. The crew was different with some of the people I do recognize from going there for as long as I have. Food ready, hot and no confusion. For these 2 visits, 5 stars and thank you for the good food and service. I know from personal experience that life happens, so we do the best we can at that time, which might not be perfect but it gets done. Then we work on whatever was not perfect and try to improve on it which they did. Thank you for getting back to the business that I know you are. Thanks and I will be back again.
If they are very busy that's not the best time to be there I pick my orders up because I like my food hot. My last purchase was on the full moon last month I ordered. Online for the full moon deal. When I got there, it wasn't ready.They were extremely busy with no clear sign of authority. People just giving orders all over the place from one side of the store to the other. They forgot to make one of my pizzas or they gave it to someone else or it got lost.Who knows but I had to wait for them to remake my second pizza. It was not a very pleasurable experience. I will be going back at a quieter time as their food is really good as long as you get it right out of the oven. So I took my one hot and 1 cold pizza.Hut heat it up and eat it. Read moreHorrific service! When I placed my order, I was originally offered it in 20 minutes. Being in no hurry, I decided to give them 45 minutes. When I arrived I saw my pizza and wings ready to go under the heat lamp, but when he looked at my ticket he stated "it would be a while". It ended up taking an additional 20 minutes, while they cut lettuce for my salad. I witnessed 4 other customers pick up there orders while I waited somewhat patiently, standing there, as there were no seats. When he realized that I was not happy, he came over and said, "you know we are understaffed". Which I told him "how would I know that, all you told me was that someone needed to cut lettuce. Meanwhile, the wings that I ordered (to be cooked well done) and my pizza has been sitting up there for who knows how long. I do know that the wings were soggy and the pizza was almost completely cold by the time I got back home. I spent $39 for this experience. I will not return to this or any other marco's location. There are way too many quality pizza joints all over Florida to have to deal with employees who apparently, hate their job.
