Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Boynton Beach

Amending my review again Nov 13 back to 1 star - the saga continues - my last order was sub-par again - so last weekend I asked one of the Barista's why their Iced Shaken Espresso was so different (why it was not layered) than all the other locations I've ordered from, and she seemed to have no idea. She said she always mixes it completely into a sloppy soup, and didn't know any other way to do it. I guess I'll have to drive all the way up to the Congress Ave. location.

Amending my review based on my latest order at this location. I ordered the usual, iced shaken espresso, and it was perfectly layered and frothy on top. Hope this trend continues, thank you Starbucks!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ordered from. Disappointment has followed every order I have placed at this location. The iced shaken espresso is my heaven when ordered at other locations, but here, it’s always watery and lack luster. I’ll give a 0 to this Starbucks location when it comes to atmosphere. There’s too many homeless inside and I don’t mind them being there out of the weather. But when I go there to start my day with coffee and finish some computer work and they start arguing with paranoia among themselves and the loud cursing begins that’s when I have a problem. It becomes very distracting and unsettling. If you need to concentrate and focus on your work day. Don’t recommend this location. I give the employees a 2 star because nobody gets involved with them when it comes to loudness or annoying behavior in an establishment that is known for friendly and relax work office environment. Let me remind you that out side this location there’s gazebos with tables for everyone to sit. Ice matcha chai was overfilled with ice and foam. Tried to take 2 swigs and failed. They were nice enough to remake it with less ice so it's a real drink now.

Mornings are okay here. Warm reception and orders are accurate.

Just got an order in the evening, 3/4 inch of cream. Just tried the coffee and it tastes off, I check and its black, no cream. Also they gave me the most problem cup they have so it leaks as you drink it. Two gentleman behind the counter having a non-work related conversation, so it makes sense. The same coffee here in the morning which is good is disappointing in the evening. I had to go to another starbucks for cream and a cup I can actually drink from.
