Crystal Bar — Restaurant in Bozeman

That place was the worse bar I have ever been to!! I came with my two friends to get some drinks during happy hour. We are from another country. We didn't know we had to pay tips for each $1 dollar drink, so the bartender started to yell at us and refused to give us our drinks. It was hard to understand why was she yelling because of the music, so we asked for our drinks again and the same bartender acted totally unprofessional lacing TABASCO in our drinks!! As if it couldn't be worse, one guy saying he was the manager was really rude and told us to leave. We called the bar next day to make a complaint and the same bartender answered the phone and she confessed putting Tabasco in our drinks because she didn't receive her tip. After this horrible experience I can say this bar is trash, I never had been so humiliated and treated poorly for not paying a freaking tip for a freaking one dollar drink. Don't go there. If you go, you better pay the lady if you don't want Tabasco in...

I walked into the crystal and ordered a Moscow mule from a girl with black hair and tattoos. She proceeded to put my drink into a plastic cup to which I politely asked to have a a copper mug as that is how a Moscow mule is made. She rudely said no, so on the receipt I left a 0 dollar tip with the comment ”attitude” as to politely infer that an attitude shift is mandatory for a service worker(as one myself). After this happened said bartender came and tracked me down and stole my drink away from me (and pretty much dumped the drink on my friend and I) as she was upset what I had wrote on the check. This is super unprofessional for a bar employee and should be treated as such. I understand that sometimes a customer may upset an employee however this action taken by your bartender is completely unacceptable. I feel emotionally violated. Was out with some friends last night and we ordered 2 rounds, tipped 15% on one and 30% on the other. We were waiting for another round and was refused service because we didn’t tip enough. Then we were screamed at to get out of the bar, and called names by the shorter gal bartender wearing a dress. She was glaring at us the entire time and was extremely rude. I have visited this establishment in the past and always enjoyed it and the other gal bartender with the shoulder length hair is always super AWESOME. I will never spend money here again.
