Old Main Gallery & Framing — Attraction in Bozeman

I’m typically not a review type- but my experience here was so bad I wouldn’t trust them with a Polaroid. I’ve used many framing galleries in the past, and figured I’d give them a try for something new. After dropping off the piece in April, they lost it, and it wasn’t until I spoke with the owner, Lindsay, that it was even found. 6 weeks later after waiting 9 months on the most simple and forward framing job; the piece was placed under the wrong name again, and it took searching to find it. Is that really so difficult? Absolutely no customer service, over priced, and I received a multi thousand dollar piece of art with a thousand dollar frame- and they can’t even be bothered to use protective wrapping when delivering the piece. 100% will never use them again, don’t trust this gallery, and you should only expect...
