Very poor customer service and communication. For the price you pay to stay at this place you think you’ll get better service.
Valet parking they rip you off when there is free parking on the street. During check in the rooms were not ready at 3 like promised and we have a 8 month old daughter. Also asked about a changing table while waiting for our room and was told they don’t have one. My wife asked about a makeup mirror to use while getting ready since there wasn’t one in our room and was told to go to Safeway to buy one because they don’t have one which we found out they did.
My father in law got sick while on our trip from the morning yogurt breakfast supplied by the hotel and decide to save it and put it in his room refrigerator to only find out it’s temperature only gets low enough to keep drinks cold and not food. He end up getting worse throughout the day and need to go to the ER. His body was to weak to walk from his 6th floor room down to the lobby so we called the front desk and asked if they had a wheel chair and was told no they don’t but we can use a luggage cart.
As for the rooms the bathroom door is cracked so there is no privacy and you can hear whatever is happening in there. Also there is no clock in the rooms for some odd reason and all the furniture seems so cheap. Don’t leave your food in the mini refrigerator because it won’t stay cold and there is no warning sign. The manager Sandra Delgadillo said they went for a minimalist look type style for the rooms. I guess they had that same idea when hiring their staff.
My review on the issues with this hotel can go on and on. After speaking with Sandra before leaving and she reassured us that their insurance company will be in touch with us within 24- 48 hours and also gave us Jason Cure card who is the general manager. With no surprise we haven’t heard from anyone and my wife has been trying to call Sandra and Jason but they seems to be no answer. If you have options on hotel for sure choose a different one and save yourself the headache this place brings. Stay far far away from this Marriott until they figure out how to run a upscale...
Read moreAbsolutely Amazing hotel and experience! For my colleagues and I, this was our first time to Bozeman and first visit to the AC Hotel. Unfortunately, our visit/stay was one day/night, WAY TOO SHORT!! We all had a great visit (although brief) and all of us can't wait to return ASAP! This was also my first experience with the AC Hotel brand. I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member and was not familiar with the brand. After my visit to Bozeman, I hope to have another opportunity to experience this brand of hotel's again. The hotel facilities and property were immaculate and well appointed. At the time of my visit, the hotel had been operational for just two months. It's brand new! This is a "boutique style" hotel with lots of extra personal features and amenities. The decor and furniturings are very clean, sleek, modern and lots of primary earth tone colors. It's a fairly large hotel, but it has a very pleasant cozy vibe and feel. The guestroom was spacious and larger than the average hotel room. I have never seen a guestroom designed so uniquely and efficiently. It included very high ceilings, large windows and a crisp, bright, clean decor, fixtures and accessories. The bathroom was huge; large counter/vanity area and, my favorite amenity, a large glass walk in shower with rain shower feature. The restaurant and cocktail bar are located on the sixth floor (if my memory serves me correctly). Here you find a fun, relaxed atmosphere with great food and cocktails. You can also enjoy a spectacular view of downtown Bozeman and the mountains from here (you must go and check it out!). The hotel is located in the heart of Bozeman. It's just one block off Main Street, where you can find numerous shops and restaurants. As normal, I save the best asset/amenity to the end of review; in this case, it's the hotel associates and staff! Marriott has often spoiled me with the exquisite, excellent customer service provided. The AC Hotel is a prime example of the gracious, personal, friendly service which is synonymous with Marriott. I highly recommend this amazing hotel!! You will not be...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. After a very long drive, I checked into my room on Sunday, July 31st very late in the evening. I was exhausted so I went straight to my room and to bed without even unpacking. When I awoke in the morning I noticed that the room had not been cleaned for me. There was trash in the trashcans, open and used soap in the bathroom, no sheets on the bed or cover on the blanket and the floor was not cleaned. The $2 tip from the previous person who stayed there was still on the nightstand. Worst of all the toilet wasn’t even flushed from the previous person. I could go on and on….. Thankfully, they did clean up the room the next day while I attended a business conference in the hotel but that’s to be expected. When I checked out and they asked about my stay at which time I informed them about the room. They did apologize and offered me $100 off my next visit. Quite honestly considering the room goes for $550 to $600 a night, a $100 discount is not something I will ever use simply because I don't believe a night at this hotel is worth half of what they charge. Considering this is a very high end expensive hotel I expected so much more. It’s sad to say but I’ve had better service and cleaner rooms while traveling and staying at road side motels. I do travel to Bozeman quite a bit. I won’t be staying at this hotel again. If you choose to stay here, I hope you have a better...
