If I could give it a zero star I would. I order online and my food was not delivered because the manager was supposed to delivered my food but couldn't follow any GPS direction and told me that he could not find my house that the GPS dropped him to the middle of the road. My order said complete and I went outside to get my order it was not there and I called the manager response saying that he could nit found the house or the address. So we argue over the phone for about 3 mns and he always not even nice or have compation and he told me oh I called you you did not answer. So I go back with the food oh if you want a refund and I was mad really mad so I ask for a refund and days later did not receive it weeks later did not received it. I did not want to deal with them anymore so I I not call them but my bank. And file a claim it was not approved since I authorize the purchase. And I call them today they were rude laughing at me and telling me that they can't do anything about it . They were laughing and keep transferring me over and over again and told me they can't help me because it's been more then 30 days. IM DISGUSTED, THEY ARE RUDE AND UNBELIEVABLE DISRESPECTFUL. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR AT ALL IM TELLING YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND MY FOOD AND THEIR NASTY. Read moreI usually order from here for a long-distance family member with a chronic illness that sometimes can’t cook. I don’t usually have issues but my experience today was completely uncalled for.
I tried to order online using a coupon for 12.99 for each pizza, but the coupon did not discount like it should have, so I called in instead. The number tried to get me to order with AI and I requested to speak to a representative to order.
The representative who took my order confirmed the coupon was being applied but entered the address incorrectly (I didn’t know because I didn’t receive any confirmation texts for the order).
An hour goes by and nothing is delivered…when I called the store no one wanted to help. Harold (I assume the manager) insisted it was my fault and that I gave my address incorrectly to an AI. He was very rude and unwilling to truly help because he said he wasn’t the one who took the order. When I told him that I’d at least like a refund if they would not deliver the pizza, he told me to check my bank account in a few days…when I persisted for a confirmation on their end that it would be cancelled, he said he would text me. I received a text message with a picture of the order on the computer and a slip saying “bad order”.
Hopefully corporate is able to assist because he escalated the situation without reason, even after I politely asked that he let me explain what happened, as I wanted to keep the conversation simple and de-escalated. Read moreAbout a month ago I placed a order around an hour before close. It sat on the "checking quality" stage for over 30 minutes right up until close, before finally sending it for delivering. By the time it arrived, it was completely cold on top of being entirely disheveled (as though it was dropped and hastily thrown back in the box), cut in wrong/uneven shapes, burnt, and had the wrong crust. It tasted so bad I wasn't comfortable eating it. The only other item in my order, cinnamon sticks, also had almost no cinnamon sugar and they didn't give me the icing for them.
After all this, I would have been fine just accepting a refund. I contacted customer support and received a voicemail a few days later from a manager, Danny, who apologized and said he was able to give me a refund. Fantastic!
Well, the refund never went through. I tried calling the store numerous times on different days/hours and was immediately put on hold indefinitely, such that I couldn't even leave a voicemail to contact them. I even tried going through PayPal since they apparently can't be bothered to pick up the phone. I've finally put yet another request in through their customer support line, though at this point I have little hope. The amount of time I've had to waste on this due to the lack of communication is frankly unacceptable.
Edit: a day or so after posting this review, I was finally contacted again by one of their managers, Kim. She was extremely helpful in getting my issue resolved and kept me informed the entire time. I am very happy with the result and thankful for Kim’s help. I just wish I didn’t have to go through all the trouble like writing a review...
