I ordered pickup. I started by asking if the menu was about the same as before they closed. She said yeah, but pointed out some differences for me. I said "do you still have the deep dish pizza?" She said "yeah, it's not deep dish with the sauce on top though, it's thicker crust." I said "but is it the same Deep Dish Double Crust Luconis used to have?" and she said yeah. So I ordered a medium deep dish and small thin crust. The picture here is what they gave me instead of a deep dish double crust, which I think would be better described as a pan pizza. It was about the same size as the small thin crust, but slightly thicker crust. This little guy cost $17, the small thin crust one topping was $15, if I remember correctly, I was mainly focused on that $17. I'm guessing they don't have that pizza yet. I'll try again if I hear they have the deep dish back, but this was just a disappointing return for me.

Pizza is one of the four basic food groups where we live. But a lot of the pizza in town frankly isn’t very good. This place is. They are seriously upping their pizza game at Luconi’s. They take serving fresh products, very seriously, to the point where they will close rather than serve dough that isn’t ready or inferior cheese. That’s serious commitment. And it shows in their work. There’s just a right amount of crispness in the crust. The cupping in the pepperoni is perfect. You can taste the freshness in the food. That takes dedication, and we appreciate it. Is it a little more expensive than it used to be? Absolutely. But you get what you pay for. And we will pay for this time over some lousy, generic pizza joint.

Ordered take out pizza. First visit, last visit! Totally disappointed! Over $80 for three pizzas and a small salad! The order was wrong or we got someone else order! The pizza was cold, the veggie pizza -tiny bits of peppers from a freezer bag! They left out the onions, too! and it had pepperoni on it. ( we didn’t want ask for any pepperoni) The cheeseburger pizza was barbecued chicken, not cheeseburger, and the 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni the bottom crust was tough and burnt. That pizza must of had hot sauce on it, or something really spicy. Don’t think they were too busy, we were the only people in there on a Saturday night. Feel awful that we spent all that money for such terrible food.

First time customer. There was bad service, waited too long to place my order, 2 time wrong order handling,1 incorrect pizza, called to get a corrected pizza and I was put on hold for 15 minutes, decided not to wait any longer, the taste is like a straight frozen pizza. Definitely not returning and definitely do not recommend to anyone.

Firstable I will like to share that I decided to go in the hunt to find a great pizza around town and I been going out there to find it, now I have never wrote any reviews on any of the other places I visited even though they haven’t won my palate but I definitely am going to start today and not with a good one. lol. Sorry folks, now I just want to put out there my personal view and experience. Okay let’s begin. So I called to place my order to be picked up and I was immediately put on hold for what felt like 15/20 min. I order 2 med pizzas, 1 pineapple 1/2 jalapeño and the other just cheese 1 fries, 1 garlic cheese bread and a 2 litter Pepsi I asked how long it was going to take they said 30 min when I went to pick it up the order wasn’t ready, had to wait 10 min, got charged for the wrong order and handled the wrong order. I told them that was a wrong order and then they charged me the difference. Waited for another 10 min and a guy gave me the order I took off but had to return because they forgot to give me my 2 litter Pepsi. Just to put this out there the restaurant’s kitchen cleanliness didn’t look too good, kitchen stuff and cashier didn’t look professional, I felt like the cashier lady didn’t do her job by being friendly and courteous towards me or others. Anyway, got home and realized that one of the pizzas was made wrong, which I called immediately but was put on hold right away. It seems like they are always busy but I only saw 3 customers, whatever, waited for like 15 minutes and I gave out. Lol.

Here it comes the criticism on food. Looks: okay Taste of pizza: like straight frozen pizza, nothing ordinary of the crust, pizza sauce or ingredients except from the cheese. Fries: terrible!! Not even salt on them Garlic cheese bread : Good crunch, different from the other places garlic and cheese tasted good. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of 10

Definitely not coming back, sorry but you guys need to work on the customer service and cleanliness for me to actually try to come back...

Never received the pizza I ordered or an apology. Their website let's you place an order through something called slice. We placed an order at 7 that was due to be delivered at 7:45. Its a Wednesday night so that seemed about right. At 8:15 I called to see where my pizza was. They said it was on it's way. I'm hungry but all is still well. By 8:45 I called again. After a brief wait the person answering the phone came back and said it was contactless drop off so they rang the doorbell and left. I dont have a doorbell so this was not my house. In their defense ordering apps have gotten confused with our address before and dont recognize it as drive so we have to put lane. Our house lies between the two roads. We put in the comments it is drive not lane and countless deliveries have been successful. But either way our house has entrances facing both lane and drive so it shouldnt matter. So knowing that my pizza was left at an address that was not mine I asked for a refund because it is almost 9pm and we still dont have dinner. Someone got on and let me know that I would have to get my refund through the slice app and then silence. No apologies, just waiting for me to go away. Mind you I had not raised my voice or been rude in any way so an apology would be the least I'd expect at this point. So my take always are this.

Even if it had arrived it would have been late, dont order luconis if you are hungry. Dont use slice, it only adds to the confusion. Dont expect an apology when they screw up. Dont let your wife call them upset because they'll call her a liar and say they know they delivered the pizza. The fried ravioli is good. If they manage to get it to you you'll enjoy it, but again, dont count on it.

Edit* The delightful old couple next door offered my wife pizza for lunch because they found a huge one on their doorstep this morning and couldnt possibly eat it all themselves. Laughs were had by all. The ravioli is still MIA but I fear I'll never see them again. God speed my little crispy, cheesy,...

While the food is decent, nothing great, the delivery service is terrible and so are the people who answer the phones. We ordered our food and drinks (for 2 people so it wasn't a lot to prepare or keep straight) and we were quoted 50 minutes. 50 minutes is a reasonable time for food delivery that isn't pizza. Our food still had not arrived after waiting for 80 minutes so I called to check that my order had even gone through. The person who answered the phone was constantly cutting me off and short with me as I was trying to inquire about our order which they said was just then en route, and did not even offer an apology or explanation for the food already being 30 minutes late. A phone call, email, or any communication would have been nice to let me know instead of me just waiting around for a hour and a half. Then our order finally came and we were only given 1 drink instead of 2. When I asked the delivery guy about the 2nd drink he said that there was only 1 on the ticket even though I had the email to show that I had in fact ordered and paid for a 2nd drink. Instead of apologizing he was arguing with me on my porch before finally agreeing to bring us another but it would take 20 a 25 minutes (understandable since he would have to go back and get it). After waiting for 30 minutes for the drink (mind you we were already finished eating by then) I called the store to find out again where our order was for a second time just to find out the delivery guy hadn't even left yet. This is completely ridiculous. I finally just gave up and told them not to worry about it. It will be a long long time before I consider ordering from this place again and will not be recommending this...
