Mancino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Bradley

It was one of the worst dining experiences ever! I ordered 1 steak sandwhich to go, and I must've waited there for over 20 minutes, watching about 7 sandwiches go out after me. I finally ask what is taking so long, and the person grabs my sandwich out of their waiting bin. I don't know how long it was sitting there, but it sure was cold when I got home. I'm very upset, never leave reviews, but that was just insane how it was just sitting there without them calling my name. I don't know what they were thinking! When I did bite into it, there was either a piece of bone or a very hard tendon that almost messed my teeth up! We stood and waited for someone to stop walking around and take our order. They never once greeted us or asked can they help us, can they take our order. No smile. Very rude. They just walked up to the register and waited for us to talk. It was a black lady standing behind us. She had to wait until we were done before the same lady took her order, and she gave her the same energy. Yet when a white lady walked in with her child the other lady immediately greeted her and asked if she can take her order and they were still looking at the menu. When we got our food, there was no mayonnaise on the grinder. It looked dry. My husband asked for some and she got an attitude....

We went in on a Thursday night and ordered two grinders with fries, after sitting there for over 30 minutes the customer after us received his order. We went up to the front and were told they forgot to put our order in. They said they could give us a 15% discount. We waited another 20 minutes and finally our food came out. I had to return to the cashier- he charged me 2x for my meal instead of refunding me. The food wasn’t even that good and the service was HORRIBLE. I will never go back. Not to mention- the seating area was filthy. Food on the floors and left on tables. Multiple staff members walked by the mess and never cleaned it. Even the bathroom had garbage...
