Taco John's — Restaurant in Bradley

Love this place, used to work here years ago... but are these people trained to look for mobile orders when they come through? Even with drive thru orders automatically going through now instead of the app saying to click "arrived" when we've arrived in the drive thru, the associates still say "we just got the order" when we put it in 5 minutes ago... therefore making us wait for ALL food to be made. What's the point of ordering ahead online if we still have to wait as if we ordered at the speaker? Also, asking for confirmation by looking at our phones when we order personal orders through the Taco John's app? This isn't DoorDash, I literally ordered food for myself. Please, someone work on the app and speak to the associates on how to correctly handle different types of orders/look for mobile orders ahead of time and begin making them to be...

Let's start with the visit went through the drive-thru spent almost $40 which was surprising because I only bought $30 worth of food and when I questioned the person at the window they said the manager explained it as it's just the system. When I asked for a further explanation the manager stood there and gave me an angry look refusing to accept the fact that I did not order six extra sides of cheese and questioned why I would want my $5 back. I hadn't seen to a Taco John's since college and was very excited to see one along my travels. Im not a fan of taco bell at all, HOWEVER, Taco John's is a whole other bag of burritos. So much more lettuce and fillings in these tacos. So much more satisfying. Also the beans are way better. And TOTS! WHO DOESN'T LOVE TATER TOTS!
