I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru for a 5 piece hot wing. After waiting 20 minutes, I walked inside, in the rain, just to witness the KFC worker picking up hot wings with her hand without a glove on. She did not notice me standing there. Once I asked for my order, she gave me the order in which she fixed with her bare hands. I explained to her that I did not want the hot wings she picked up with her bare hands. She insisted that she did not, although I could clearly see her and see that she was not wearing gloves. I told her that i did not want hot wings she fixed with her hands, and she blatantly lied and said that was another order. I stated that I did not want it and left it their on the counter even though I had paid for it. With illnesses such as the flu, RSV, and other virus rapidy spreading, NO ONE in the public food industry should be picking up other people’s food with their bare unwashed hands! I had ordered two Famous Bowls combos, each of which should have come with a drink, but I was told that only one drink would accompany my meal. To add to my frustration, I also noticed that the gravy I had specifically requested was missing from my order. When I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, I was met with a surprising lack of courtesy that only compounded my disappointment. The staff member who attempted to assist me in resolving the mix-up displayed a level of unprofessionalism that left me feeling more frustrated than helped. Read moreI will never go here again. I had to ask the cashier to take my order. She had an attitude the entire time. I was paying $40 on a gift card and the rest in cash with a $100 bill. My total was $44.68, so my change was supposed to be $95.32. It took her forever to bring me change and when she did she only gave me $40. When I told her what my change should have been she argued with me that I told her to only use $3 of the gift card which I didn't. The manager in the back overhead the whole conversation and acted like we weren't even there. A girl from the back that wasn't the manager came and fixed everything and gave me the correct change. The cashier at that point when I told her she shouldn't treat her customers that way told me to shut up and leave her alone and disappeared to the back of the kitchen and was never seen again.
