Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brandon

They will not answer the phone. I’ve tried for hours to call ahead of time for a 3 pizza order. I walked in while I was calling on my cell, the phone just rang and rang as I stood there watching them not answer. I asked “do you guys not answer the phone?” And the young man behind the counter says “we’re busy”. There was one person ahead of me, just one. How about the person who was walking around moving boxes just pick up the phone? I had to sit and wait for them to make my order (so much for Hot-n-ready) and I heard the phone just ring and ring hundreds of times. Imagine how much business this location would have if they had one extra person to answer the phone. This is not the first time I have this issue at this location. What they need is competition. I bet they will start answering the phone then! One man just stepped out of the back, got some money out of the cash register and said for everyone to hear “I’m about to quit, this is crazy!, the boss almost told these two people here not to come in tonight cause it wasn’t going to be busy” as he pointed to the two people working with him. Stop here October 30, 2020 around 6 pm. Walk in with my Granddaughter. We had masks on. About 6 customers were waiting. Everyone standing waiting. Some hadn't had their order taken and was being ignored by the employees. As we waited. A woman said she had a call in order and was told by the app. Her order was ready. At this point a female employee walked up to her and look at her order. Of course it wasn't ready. The female employee told Everyone that was waiting to order. The kitchen was close. No more orders would be taken. Until they got caught up. So we and several other people left. This is the 1st time this has happened. We went to the Little Caesars at Pearl, Mississippi. That is where I usually go. Because of the hot and fresh pizza. I was tired and had a headache . Didn't feel like driving to Pearl. Because I was already in Brandon, Mississippi. Closer to my Son and Grandchildren home. Not planning to go back to the location in Brandon, Mississippi. But I will go the extra mile and go to the Pearl,...

Horrible customer service. Went in to pick up a mobile order and the woman behind the counter rolled her eyes because I interrupted her FaceTime conversation with her friend. She then proceeded to tell me I had come in too early and she knows the app told me it would be ready in 10 minutes before rolling her eyes again and telling me I needed to wait. -fully aware that the app estimated a 10 minute wait time, but I was planning on waiting inside. I was simply hopeful that they would have pizzas ready to go that I could just grab since my order was a simple pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread. I watched 2 people leave with pizzas just now, so I’m not sure why it was such a big deal for me to check in early.
