I took my phone to have a camera lens replaced. Prior to walking in the store my camera had no problem focusing and you could see my pictures well they were just a little hazy in some areas due to the small crack in lens. The man replaced my lens and handed my phone back. I opened my camera and instantly saw that my camera would no longer focus. It kept "pulsing" in and out trying to focus. I explained to him that it was not doing that before I handed him my phone and now I can't take a picture AT ALL. He told me he was sorry that he didn't know what was wrong. I left and went back the next day and explained to him that I want my phone fixed the way it was before I came to his store. He took the lens off that HE replaced and said he didn't see a problem. Once he removed the lens I IMMEDIATELY saw a scratch on the camera itself that was caused by the tool he used to replace the lens. I had to pay $85 to replace my camera after already paying for the lens the day before. The camera had never been exposed or opened by anyone except this man. My phone was damaged even more when I left his store costing me more money. He replaced my camera and took my screen protector off and handed me my phone back and wasn't going to replace my screen protector until I asked him what happened to it? Today, 11/19/19, we called around 12:30 to ask if we could come around 6-6:30 that night for a repair and the woman on the phone assured us that we would be able to. So we come in about 6:30 and explain to the woman the repair we are here for (and have already payed for) and sheâs looks at us like weâve committed a crime and says âwhat do you want me to do about it?â And then realizes what we are talking about and apologies over and over like she knows she messed up. She then tells us she doesnât have time and it canât be done unless we leave my phone overnight. I understand that the repair takes time, but we wouldnât have driven 40 minutes if we havenât already called and been told the repair could be done. This woman was incredibly rude and abrasive. After this repair we wonât be back if employees are allowed to treat customers this way.

I'm writing this review to express my outrage and disappointment with I Fix and Repair business. Not only did they fail to fix my phone, but I also overheard disturbingly racist comments in their back room. The staff openly discussed charging white people more and made derogatory comments about black people, stating they didn't have money and weren't worth engaging with.
As a customer, it's appalling that this business prioritizes discriminatory practices over providing quality service. My phone remains broken, with a faulty battery, screen, and overall poor performance. The fact that they charged me an "outstanding great" price for subpar work is unacceptable.
