Dunkin' — Restaurant in Branford

My family and I were at the Dunkin Donuts at 112 N Main St Branford today and the Manager Hanna insinuated that we were stealing a 2 dollar orange juice that we paid for. See below order (I have the full order saved) when I called to get corporates number to complain because publicly insinuating we would steal is wrong because she assumed we would steal probably because of our race which is profiling. When corrected by an employee that we indeed paid for the orange juice she didn’t apologize or say anything to us. When called to ask for corporates number she refused to provide the number for me. This used to be the best Dunkin. I have been a frequent customer, and my food order was never wrong. Everything was always made perfectly. The place has really gone downhill in the past aeveral months. The staff is too busy talking and joking with each other to do the job right. They also just hold items out the window and don't even look at you at all as they continue their conversations with their coworkers. The food quality is always poor now. Nothing is ever cooked properly or how asked for. The put the thinnest bit of cream cheese on the bagels now. And, don't even bother asking for a toasted bagel anymore! I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude.
