Domino's really doesn't care if you buy their Pizza or not!
On Monday January 17th I ordered pizza at 11:53 am, online from the Domino's at 6072 Hwy 53 Ste A, Braselton, GA for my Team . Online it said that I would receive the Pizzas in 35 to 45 minutes. Well at 12:53 pm I still had not received the 3 pizzas I had ordered. Called the store and received a message, that the number was out of service. So I personally drove to the store to verify that they were still in business and open, which they where. Total cost for the 3 pizzas was $68.86. Went inside and inquired about my 3 pizzas, and was very rudely told that the Driver had just left with my pizzas. I then requested some type of discount and again was rudely told that I would not receive a discount. I immediately returned to the Hotel and the 3 Pizzas still had not been delivered, which was approximately 2:00 pm. Did not receive the pizzas until around 2:30 pm. So it took over two and half hours to finally receive the 3 pizzas. At $68.86 this is totally unacceptable! On Wednesday January 19th I called the Domino's Corporate office and shared with the Customer Service Rep exactly what is in this review. He assured me that someone would be in contact with me in 3 to 4 days. Today is Wednesday January 26th and no one has yet to contact me. I know that the Pizza business is extremely competitive, especially in the economic times we are dealing with today. Since I work in the customer service business I am surprised that Domino's doesn't care if they lose a customer due to rudeness and poor service. What makes it even worse is they not only have lost me as a customer but many more. I am the General Manager at a Hotel that is close to this Domino's Pizza that this review is about. Many of my Guest purchase Pizza in the area. After my negative experience with Domino's Pizza and the lack of care that they have shone, do you really think I will be telling my staff to recommend Domino's to my Guest? Read moreI have been coming here for a few months now and this is the second time I have had to get my order replaced... The first time they over cooked my pizzas, messed up the toppings, and put entirely too much sauce on it. This time my extra cheese medium pizza was pretty much just one big, fat, enormous, brown bubble! There wasn't even a single slice that was just "ok" to eat....then when I came home to call, I asked if I could speak to the manager, Tiffany. Brian then placed me on hold for 22 minutes and hung up on me. I called back and Tiffany finally came to the phone and was very apologetic and (thankfully) she said she would replace my pizza. However, this is very inconvenient for customers to wait on another pizza and I'm sure a total embarrassment to Domino's. I know mistakes can happen... But whoever took this out of the oven either "thought" it was satisfactory to them or just didn't care enough about the customer. I'm not usually one to complain but I literally thought this was some kind of joke or something. Surely the employee cooking didn't think someone would actually eat that! Very disappointing....being that it is the only Domino's close to my house. Its definitely worth the few extra bucks to just order...

My co-worker walked over there first and asked how much a hawian pizza would be, and then Stephanie told her she would have to wait a minute to see. Then, I didn't even look or act like my co-worker was there. My co-worker waited and waited, but still no one helped her. She then came back to Subway, and I told her I'd go and just get some pineapple and we could make our own pizzas. Since it would be less of a cost anyway. So I went over there and asked Stephanie if they had any pineapple and was willing to pay for just pineapple, but she then told me that they were out of pineapple. So, my co-worker orders a hawian pizza online, and the next thing you know, we got a pizza with pineapple on it. When I went over there to pay and get the pizza, Stephanie had replied "the girls back." The fact we had to go through all that and with Stephanie being rude like she was.
