Just in case there is any confusion this review is for the Dunkin on Hwy 53. After this morning I would leave this store ZERO stars if I could. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 coffees and started to drive up bit realized I had forgotten to order my daughter's bacon egg and cheese bagel. I stopped and (still at the ordering box) asked to add the bagel. The gentleman came over the speaker and said we could take care of that at the window. Okay great! Well I get to the window and a woman with long curly hair and a BAD ATTITUDE took my coupons and gave me my total. I told her I had asked to add a bacon egg and cheese bagel. She RUDELY informed me that they don't add items at the window..and MOST CERTAINLY not FOOD. I explained to her that I tried to order the bagel at the box and that the gentleman said we could take care of it at the window. To which she responded "well he is new so he wouldn't have known any better" then repeated my total. By this time I am LIVID because she had the time to make me 3 bagels. She also told me this was their POLICY and she would not break POLICY. (But arguing with a customer is acceptable). I have 25 years of customer service experience and would NEVER EVER dream of treating a customer this way. And I don't think in all my years I have EVER been treated so badly as a customer. This is obviously a problem at this particular dunkin location from reading the reviews..and I am not done. What she SHOULD have done was politely explained that they do not normally add food at the window but that since a staff member told me they would take care of it at the window that they would honor it. Not only did she lose my money this morning but I am not someone who just trickled in off the interstate. I have lived in Braselton for 8+ years and between me and my kids we are at this store spending our hard earned money 4 to 5 times a week. So GOOD JOB DUNKIN...it is apparent to me that you do not need nor WANT my family's business...or anyone I know. Something to remember about customer service..."Dissatisfied customers typically tell nine to 15 other people about their experience; some tell 20 or more (White House Office of Consumer Affairs). A negative customer experience is the reason 86 percent of consumers quit doing business with a company (Customer Experience Impact Report)." BY THE WAY..after all of this I was still REFUSED my bagel. I think my review ranks right up there with the people who paid twice and were refused their money back....
Read moreI stopped by to get my kids and myself a iced coffee, I was the only customer in the store and there was this one young lady on cash and she didn’t even say nothing to me, so I just was waiting I thought maybe there waiting on there computer to work or something but nope, I finally asked do I order here and she said uh yes, like a smart ass and I was a dumass or something so I overlooked that but then my payment came up and she never told me how much I owed so I just waited and I had to ask her how much, she said oh 11 something! Like wow I’ll never be back to this location, if she’s there!!! You don’t have to treat ppl like this then went to the back with all the other kids and just propped up and was just talking and playing like that was so unfair and uncalled for!!! They need to do better!!! I didn’t get her name but I can describe her to a manger or owner, just very upsetting how you get treated these days when you’re just trying to get you a drink! The only reason I gave a few stars is because the drink was good and the little girl that gave them to me was super sweet! So to the one that handled me my drinks thank you very much as I’m already going thru some difficult times and that didn’t help but the little girl that handled me them...
Read moreWent through drive thru and put $20 on Dunkin app. Girl at window didnt know how so she got help. Money never went on card. Spoke to Hannah a mgr she said she would give me $20 gift card. tried to use gift card nothing was on it. Hannah said the machine was down for gift card I tried 3 Dunkins the other 2 said the gift card was invalid meaning no money was put on the card. I Called and was put on hold 15 min more than 3 times. I have left msg for manager no one called back. Hannah has done everything she can to not speak with me. I have called 4 different times. Do not visit this Dunkin. I called coorporate they will handle it but this is the kind of mgmt they have and how much they care about customers. Hannah knew she did not put any money on the gift card. I told her look up on the camera you can see me told her type car I have and that my dog was with me. Horrible management and customer service will never go back to this Dunkin. I will go out of my way to another Dunkin. Wish I could give 0 stars..... I had bought a donut a little bit ago had hair inside it I was told it was not made at Dunkin so basicly they wasnt liable so they did...
