Waffle House — Restaurant in Braselton

This waffle house off Ga 53 in Braselton Ga is the worst we have ever been to. We live right up the street and have been quiet a few time in the past 4 years . It seems to get worse every time we go.Today we called in a "To Go" order. The lady who took the order repeated the order back to me and she had it correct. I get there to pick it up and I get my order and paid. I look in the bag and she forgot the waffle. I ask for it and she said"oh ,let me get you one" . No sorry or anything! So I waited about 20 minutes and after her saying several time it was coming I ask someone else to check on my waffle now that my entire order was cold. Comes down to it that no one even knew I needed a waffle to go! So after waiting 35 minutes I get my waffle and leave.( They did at that point offer to take my name and number. For what, I don't know) . I get home and the entire order was completely wrong!!!!!! So my Husband called up there to talk to the manager and she ended up hanging up on him and when he called back she picked the phone up and left it sitting on the counter off the hook..... So we went up there to take all the food back and get our 20$ back! The manager still wouldn't talk to him . Said she was to busy. So they gave us our money back... WE WILL NEVER GO TO ANY WAFFLE HOUSE AGAIN and I will pass this on the everyone I know. I hope they get shut down... wishful thinking though. Its the waffle house , people know this is what kind of service you get when you go to one so it some how has come to be Ok for them to treat people like this. We pay these idiots bills... come on. I went in to this restaurant this morning with my family, granted it was packed being Christmas morning. Preston, the guy placing guests at their tables asked my sister if we were a party of 5. She said yes and sat us. Another guest complained that they were waiting longer so Preston then told us we had to wait our turn. AFTER SEATING US. He then made us get up. After walking oustide, to recollect my thoughts of what just happened, I went back inside and asked to speak to a manager. Preston then began to yell in my face about how I, THE CUSTOMER was wrong and that I sat myself. The manager continued to tell Preston to stop talking to me. As a server this is the complete opposite of how I would ever treat a guest. If I made the mistake of seating a guest before another I would own up to it and apologize, but I would never ever make a guest get up due to my mistake. Food is awesome but it took forever for them to bring our food to us. They had to hire a temporary and she asked us what we needed and we said a Togo box and I said "oh and the check ple-" she cut me off and said "ok ma'am your going to have to wait" and was so bipolar with everything. She never came to take our order and when another lady came by she asked what we wanted and we told her the all star and she said "oh so your going to act like I'm your server now?" Then the cook walked out on them and set our food to the side and we didn't get it until an hour later and it was cold. And the people to the right and left of us said that was unnecessary.
