Store itself (9.5/10): it is a new style place that must have been remodeled more recently than not the only reason there is a taking off .5 points is due to the condiment bar being empty and the soda fountain out of multiple drinks

Service (10/10): service was fast and impeccable. The cashier and first point of contact attendant was beyond helpful and beyond kind and made the ordering and checkout process a joy. I was welcomed upon entering the building which is something most customer service establishments are starting to loose. Very impressed

Bathroom (4/10): the women’s was out of order and upon entering the men’s there was a large caution cone in the middle of the floor due to what appears to be an under the sink leak leaving water all over the floor. Besides this the urinal and toilet themselves were clean and this otherwise would have been a good score

Takis fries (10/10): great hot and fresh starchy fries that rivals any other now seasoned with a spicy red dust adding a spicy top note that is fun to experience! Shaking the bag is also fun to shake maybe a take on the Japanese McDonald’s shaka shaka bag promotion?

Sandwich (7.4/10): the base chicken sandwich is an enjoyable eat. The takis meal ads an elote topping with a takis hot sauce. The hot sauce seems to be a simple syrup mixed with the takis seasoning giving a sweet and spicy flavor to the chicken while the elote topping is muted by the cheese leaving only the lightest hint of corn on every couple bites. Mixed with the sauce the elote is turned to a spicy takis nacho cheese

Bag of takis (8/10): only thing bringing this down is the serving size per bag as you are given very few chips. basic bag that if found at anywhere you are to buy the chips at. Thick and crunchy rolled corn tortillas with the signature spice leave an enjoyable and spicy yet finger staining experience

Frosty creme cold brews:

Vanilla (10/10): great cold brew and the vanilla compliment gives it that ice cream frosty flavor giving a fun spin your your daily coffee at a great price $2.44 after tax

Chocolate (6.9/10): same great price and cold brew is also great but the chocolate is lighter in flavor tasting more like a weak store bought creamer then a frosty...

Went to the Braselton Wendy's tonight (11/16/18)on the way to the hospital to pickup a sandwich for my husband who is in the hospital. The manager (I found out later, I believe her name was Danielle) had the cashier give me the drinks and move me forward. The manager brought out the food and stood far from my car like she was afraid. After she turned around I looked in the bag to find that an item was missing. I called Ma'am several times out of my car window to get her attention as she was almost back in the building. I had to get out of the car and tell her the nuggets were missing. She told me they were in the bag she had just bagged it herself ( insert attitude ). I removed the items from the bag to show her there were no nuggets. And handed her the bag in case ahe needed to check for herself. She told me she would get the nuggets and went back into the building. After a while she returned and walked away talking about me and saying I had yelled her name...which I didn't know at the time. I said "you're not the manager are you and she I formed me she was and continued back into the building complaining about me. I followed her in and asked if she had a card for an owner...I apparently startled her as she told me not to walk up on her like that when I was at least 3 feet away from her. She told me I could look at my receipt for a number. (By the way, I wasn't given a receipt) Now I realize that with my husband in the hospital I am alittle more emotional than I would be normally....but, I was not mean to this young lady. I did follow her in, which I guess is aggressive but I was not trying to steal anything I was pointing out something I had paid for was missing. If I had felt like going in I would have in the place. I am 54 years old, exhausted and don't deserve to be treated like I did something wrong by a young lady with a bad attitude and to find that she is the manager is very disappointing. No more Wendy's...

• Update* tried dine in this time. Came about 2pm and we were the only ones here. Lobby messy and unkept, dirty floor chairs askew - I interacted face to face with an employee four separate times to 1)get food, 2) get drinks cause they forgot them (had to make multiple trips cause i wasn’t given a tray, just several bags and lose drinks) 3) get all the other forgotten items from the order, and 4) request those little cups they have for ketchup cause the condiment station was out so I subsequently had handfuls of ketchup packets pushed towards me on the counter - all four interactions with the same employee, she literally never spoke a word to me. No greeting, no nothing. You could really tell she despised being there and blamed customers. Just go to another location.

(Original below) Believe the bad reviews!!! The service at this location is terrible!!! Be prepared to be treated like an inconvenience, be made to wait unnecessarily long (or be completely forgotten about), and for your order to be incomplete. If you go through the drive thru you will immediately be asked to pull forward, even if there is no one behind you, so they can cheat their timer, then have your food begrudgingly walked out to you in the parking lot by someone who hates having to do it and again, doesn’t say a word, just walks away so now when your order is inevitably wrong or missing items, instead of just asking at the window where you should be, you’ve got to go park, walk inside, be ignored and have to flag someone down to get what you’ve paid for. Ive unfortunately swung by multiple times the past year or so and all these fails have...
