Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Brazil

On April 2nd 2016 at 7:00 pm I phoned my order in to the business and a young lady answered. I placed my order for a special cheese stuffed pepperoni pizza and an order Italian bread sticks. She asked when I would be picking the order up. I asked when would it be ready which she responded , in ten minutes. I told her that I would be there at 7:20. When I got there one of the young men asked what I needed. I told him my name and that I had called in a order. He went to the back and looked around till he found my order ticket. He came back and said I'll let you pay and the pizza would be coming out of the oven in a few minutes.

There was a young couple sitting waiting on their order. A couple of other customers came through buyin a their orders. At 7:30 two deep dish pepperoni pizzas came out of the nd were boxed up. The guy brought them to counter and told the young couple here is you order and walked away. I asked the ,when did you place your order. They said about ten minutes. I shared my disgust having called mine in ahead.

At 7:40 they brought mine up to the counter and all three including the young lady that had taken y order happen to be there at the counter.

I was steamed by the way I had been treated like as if I was a bother to them. I told them that I had called mine in and informed them how long she said it would be. Then you had given both of the pizzas that did come out of the oven to the couple who had walked and ordered.

This new staffing crew absolutely suck from what I seen they were just drudging around like as if they hated the fact that they had to be there for a job. Worst service I had ever gotten there and the atmosphere sucked...

I love this pizza. Never any problem at the Brazil location except for this past Sunday. My boyfriend walked in ordered pizza. Was told it would be done in 10-15 minutes. Another couple came in after him and ordered. We sat in car. After 10 minutes my boyfriend went in. The girl called the name of the people that ordered after him and handed them their pizza and they left. Boyfriend waited. Another 10 minutes go by. I finally got out of the car and walked in knowing my boyfriend will probably just stand there all day instead of saying something. I asked the girl if our pizza was ready. She said she didn't know. I asked, "Well who does know?" She was counting down her drawer so i waited till she finished. She turned around, opened up the door on the pizza warmer and grabbed our pizza. It was sitting there the entire time. And no other customers had come in to order except that one couple so you would think she would remember him and figure out why he is...

The only appeal to Little Caesars (for me) over the years has been the price. It was not more convenient, it was not better tasting, and there was nothing about the restaurant that appealed versus its competitors other than the price of course. After a few months of not having it, I went to Little Caesars to get some pizzas for a party because I needed several and I prefer to go to the cheapest place if I'm buying a bunch. Sadly, Little Caesars is no longer any more affordable than its competitors. A supreme pizza is $14.49 before tax, and the upcharge to stuffed crust is $5 before tax. $19.49 for ONE pizza. Granted, the price inflation this year has sucked, but until now they had srill been the cheaper option. The same pizza at Pizza Hut is $20.32 after tax. In my opinion, Pizza hut pizza is better tasting with less grease.
