Normally I don't review 'restaurants', let alone a Fkng Taco Bell. But this idiot needs to be called out. I pulled up to the drive thru menu, albeit just after closing time (which I did not realize) and the person on the speaker asked 'what can I get you' and if I'd like to try the new box special. I replied no thank you, but can I get (yada yada yada my order) and he comes right back with "actually we're closed for the night" So I reply with "seriously!" As I continue to pull forward and out of the drive-thru, pondering my next choice, This dude is LITERALLY hanging out the window, antagonizing me to stop and communicate. He calls out "there's no need for the attitude, guy" while, like I said, halfway out the drive thru window. I reply, "well why would you ask for my order when you're closed?" He said "I was in the walk-in taking inventory, and didn't realize what time it was!" At this point, I'm thinking, 'if you're the manager of this fast-food establishment, you IF ANYONE should have a good notion of what time it is, especially near closing' - just thoughts to myself. What really needs to be addressed is, as a service industry person, why the fk are you challenging someone who is expecting a service as to be in the wrong for however they're feeling, based on the misconception that has been served to them, and then reprimanded for feeling as such. But all I said was "then you should be more aware of the time before you go in to do your closing duties, and taking an order when you shouldn't. That's where my attitude came from." He continued arguing with me, visibly agitated and still hanging out the window, telling me that he "didn't understand my logic" (verbatim) and that there's nothing he could do. Which I would have had no problem with, as I was driving through and out to my next late nite dining choice, until being squared up by this dude. Point summarized; angry and easily agitated people probably shouldn't be in the business of serving and satisfying...
Read more10/10, would totally recommend this location! Okay so, lemme start by saying I don’t normally hit up Taco Bell because I feel like quality has taken a dive since like its heyday. But we drove through at a little before 8:03pm tonight. I looked because I knew I was gonna write this review…
We each ordered a Doritos Locos Taco (Supreme) and a Nacho Fries (Large). We rounded up for charity. The girl at the speaker/window was literally super sweet & made it very easy for us. An equally happy bearded dude (with a beard guard, mind you!) handed her the food & it was all pretty friendly. Like they don’t hate each other & their jobs. (It happens, okay?!) She hands us the food & we dip. As we’re driving, food gets distributed & unwrapped … first bites are taken.
GASP Literally the MOST delicious Taco Bell experience in YEARS! Doritos shells? Crunchy and perfectly powdered, intact af. Lettuce, fresh and perfect amount. Tomatoes? Plump, cut evenly, and NOT mushy. Cheese, expertly sprinkled. Sour cream? Centered and even. Nacho Fries? Seasoned evenly and seemed super fresh. These were like the original Doritos Locos tacos of like the 2010s - new & fresh & carefully crafted!
Total package. Would come here again, FOR SURE! Kudos to this team, if we could have tipped … we would have DRIVEN...
Read moreI use a computer, cell phone and iPad but I find this self ordering is very ridiculous. An couple in their late 70’s had such a difficult time trying to figure out how to order and your staff was not helpful or even friendly to them. Taco Bell has No customer service because you have gone to computers. Even your tea is terrible now. I have been a loyal customer since 1975 because Taco Bell was my first job. I am sorry to say I will not be coming back to one of my favorite places. Please stand next to the machines to determine if it was really worth getting rid of your cashiers. It’s 12:30 on Monday and there are 9 people waiting for their orders so this new technology has not improved service. Maybe you can watch how El Pollo Loco promotes customer service and how efficient they are. Why do you have two Swamp Coolers in your dining room? So unfair to...
