I ordered a 6 oz steak and when I got home and opened the container I had tiny little steak in it š I always had a feeling they were screwing people over. I called and was very polite and explained I've been coming here for years and this is honestly the smallest steak I've ever received. The manager said they are prepackaged and sent to them like this. He took my info and said he'd be sending me a 25$ gift card and it's been a few days and nothing has come in my email. Spoke to him Sunday January 5th at 3:47. Had a 4 minute conversation and I thought everything was fine. I guess my small steak wasn't important ( they already know about it). I wasn't going to leave this review but because it's been more than 24 hours and they didn't have the courtesy to actually follow through I am leaving this review and will be taking the necessary actions to make sure that this doesn't go unnoticed.
Do people know how subway got SUED for selling people 9" ( foot longs)?
It's false advertising and illegal if they are receiving steaks UNDER THE STATED WEIGHT!!!
As the years go on I've noticed the portions get smaller and smaller and the quality gets worse and worse. They even took the beans out of the chili like who does that?????
If you order chili It's just basically greasy meat that's left over from old burgers and when I asked one of the employees she even admitted yes it's ground up old Burger š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢š¤¢
I'm absolutely sick of spending my hard-earned money on stuff and going to places that I think are going to be quality and I end up getting subpar service. I'm honestly going to submit this stuff to the better Business bureau and hope that these people get investigated for false advertisement because this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm never coming back to this establishment or any other Chili's...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI really donāt want to write this review because this location is my favorite location me and my granddaughter always come to this location. But today our experience with our waitress (Jasmine) was very very unpleasant and unprofessional. She had a very nasty attitude towards us she came to the table with an attitude. She walked away from the table and we were still ordering our drinks š” when she returned she sat them down and said in a very rude manner yāall ready to order so I looked at her and put my menu down and the she turned to my friend with the same attitude and she asked her if she was ok. Jasmine replied Iām ok are you okayš³ Iām not about to do this in front of the kids letās go and she walked away very quickly towards the back. One thing people fell to realize is we are the ones keeping Chiliās open we are the reason you have a job and is getting paid. If people stopped coming to chiliās you would be out of a job. I donāt know if she was having a bad day but she definitely ruined ours and the kids wanted to know why she was talking to us that way. Now we have to find another location to go to because of her or just stop going to chiliās period. The jasmine with the tattoos up her arm. I was so pissed of because my granddaughter and I had been craving Chiliās for the last week and we finally made it there and that happened to us. The one place I thought always stays on top verses other restaurants just really broke my heart with this one. Maybe one day I might return but if sheās working that day I will...

It was one of those days as we dragged our hungry and tired bodies to Chilliās door. We were greeted by cordial staff, and given a short wait time for a table. I whispered to my sister,ā I canāt waitā, as she turned to the greeter and said, āMay I have a glass of waterā?, he replied āplease wait right hereā, and walked away. I groaned, ā now weāll have to stay, itās impolite to leaveā! Almost immediately the manager, Deborah appeared with a glass of water and a smile, seated us at a table, as our waiter came to take our order. I was truly impressed by our first visit to CHILLIāS in Orland Park! I enjoyed watching Deborahās interaction with each team member, as she was taking orders, bringing food to the tables, clearing dishes and clearing surfaces. I observed the smiles from the customers at each table. Our first visit to CHILLIāS in Orland Park-delicious food, ambiance, incredible attentive staff and Deb, the manager, who brags about 20 years of service and still loving it!! Just a few hours earlier my car was totaled in an accident- no one injuredālost license at the scene-waiting in line 2 hours for replacement-too tired to shopāand we stopped at CHILLIāS. Now itās one of our favorite dining places. It wasnāt a mirage after allāa cordial cup of water led to a wonderful dining experience and the delightful...
