Read moreDelis are usually places to go for lunch, however I don't recommend coming here for lunch if you're in the middle of your workday. There was 1 person working doing all the different tasks by herself at prime time lunch hour, 11:40 on a weekday with maybe 5 customers inside, and it took me over 20 minutes inside just to get my food which I requested my panini not even be grilled because I simply didn't have time to wait longer. When I mentioned to the 1 employee that she needed some help, out comes some guy to "help" who looked like he had no idea what to do. He was there the whole time with her doing it all alone while customers were waiting during lunch hour. If he was the owner or management he ought to be embarrassed about his performance. Also, the 1 employee was wearing a sweatshirt with lettering that bragged about her ass which is pretty trashy. Overall, I'm never going here again. Seems like they don't care about customer service or the actual food and its more for...
Read moreOrdered catering from Darla’s this weekend for my college graduation party. Went in a few weeks prior to try the sandwiches since I had never had them before and the staff was super nice, even gave me free samples of their salads to try along with my sandwich orders. Since the sandwiches were so good, we decided to go with them for our party. Our order was on time and exactly as we’d asked. They also provided us with mustard and mayo packets and “The Goods” on the side in convenient serving packages. The pricing is also extremely competitive. They are much cheaper than popular chain sandwich places’ catering options which shocked me since it is a small local business. The serving platters the sandwiches come on are also incredibly high quality and we saved them to reuse. We will definitely be considering them again in the future for events, and may even stop in a few times just for lunch....
