Do not choose this location to pick up an order at. I showed up at 6:40 to pick up and order. The lady was closing the store early, but “stayed open” for me. She then took 20 minutes to “process” the order (something fedex would have just dropped at my door), asked for my phone number and pin (they never should ask for my pin) several times, and tried to get me to agree to an additional $75 charge before releasing my order. During the conversation, I received a text stating my order had been picked up, but she stated that unless I agreed to the additional charges I was stealing if I took the item. She then acted as if she was doing me a favor by staying open. I am now on the phone with Verizon trying to clear this up. I hope Verizon take note of this scam they’re running.
Edit 9/23/24 - It took me over two months to clear this up with Verizon because Russell Cellular was maintaining the story that I picked up the gateway. Instead of fixing the issue, or admitting that they’re fraudulently cancelling online orders to reprocess in their store to get credit for the sale, they just left the tone deaf apology below. Store closes at 8pm. Fiancee and I enter at 7:15p. Both current Verizon subscribers. 2 lines - due for upgrade. 2 ladies on staff.
It was clear from the start they didn't want us. We were sharply greeted with a "can we help you?!" There was no mistaking the condescending tone. None the less I smile and I began explaining our reason for visiting. Before I could finish I was interrupted by the MOD. She said "If you want to upgrade you have to call customer support and tell them your upgrading first." Knowing this was a blatant lie, it was certain they did not want us there. I kindly asked " this isn't something you can do here?" She sharply responded "No, like I said you have to call customer service first." So we left and returned to the car contemplating what to do next. The two ladies had the store locked up tight at 7:38.

I was told that as a new VERIZON customer, I was paying VERIZON for 2 months IN ADVANCE services. When receipt printed out, it said something totally DIFFERENT‼️ Once payment is submitted & receipt is printed ITS OVER‼️ YOU’RE STUCK‼️ AND VERIZON KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THEIR TRANSACTIONS.
