I went to this drive thru and ordered a meal I drove to the first window and handed the cashier guy my card, he asked if I wanted the receipt I declined as usual and proceeded to the second window to be handed my order at which point I was advised that the payment had declined. I disputed at the window because the young person did not tell me that it had declined but instead had offered me a receipt but I declined. A girl with tarantula eyelashes appeared at the window and advised me that the transaction declined. I told her fine that I only wanted the name of the manager so that I could call back when I got home to check my bank account to make sure that the charge was declined. (I did not have my phone with me). I was left at the drive thru window for an inordinate amount of time as cars continued to fill the line behind me. They came to the window and asked me to pull ahead and I again asked just for the name of the manager. The cashier at the window left and so did the girl with the tarantula eyelashes. I pulled around to the front of the location and went in to ask for the name of the manager. I proceeded to be ignored by everyone in the establishment. I have never heard of a retail place not providing the name (or presence if possible) of a manager when asked. I called the police and they also called the police. The girl with the tarantulas on her eyes lied to the police and told them that she had given me her name which makes no sense because if she did why would I need to come into the establishment. Then they said they had asked me to leave. When the police showed up he advised that a police report would be made that I can pick up tomorrow and that her name would be on the paperwork that I will receive. I left and came home and found that a charge of 10.35 was in fact charged to my bank account. I will be going back to this location tomorrow and I will be filing a lawsuit against this establishment. This is something that was very minor and could have been handled 1 by just comping the cost if a dispute is so minor or 2 giving me the name when asked . So now that this has been made a big deal for no reason I am going to make sure to make it a bigger deal. I now have a false police report on my name. I have to drive all the way back to country club hills to a police station and I have to now return to this location for something that could have been handled all because this girl with these tarantulas on her face has zero concept of customer service. I will in fact proceed with a lawsuit at cost for the time and humiliation of this whole process. It is a FACT that their equipment is faulty and I should not have been inconvenienced...
Read morePedro who was the manager at this location was rude, had no customer service skills and is a bad example to the employee's there. I visited this location on 5/7/23 @ 12:04 pm and the staff was great. The only problem was they forgot my small Frappe. I tried calling the restaurant at 12:18 pm, 12:19 pm, 12:21 pm, 12:40 pm (twice) and 1:06 pm and there was no answer. The phone would ring for a while, then it would sound like someone pick up and then the call would be silent. I went back to the store that same night about 8:09 pm to go in the inside, but the doors were closed. I went through the drive thru at 8:13 am and informed the young lady taking the orders I was missing an item from earlier that day and the young lady said pull forward with your receipt. What if I did not keep the receipt or was not given the receipt, even though I had the receipt. The young man at the first window was very nice and I asked for a large Frappe for the inconvenience. He went and got Pedro who came to the window with a frown on his face, then instead of asking how can I help you he did look like "what", which was so unprofessional. I repeated what happened earlier and Pedro stated he does not have anything to do with what happened and cannot do anything for me. Pedro also stated he is working from 5 pm - 11 pm and then walked off with my receipt. I had to tell Pedro I need my receipt back and Pedro act like there was a problem with giving me the receipt. Most likely Pedro knew I would do a survey and a review . I pulled to the next window not knowing if I would receive the Frappe. Another male gave me the Small Frappe and then I asked for Corporate number. The male asked Pedro for the number and Pedro told him to give me the bag, which was a paper McDonald's bag. I asked where is the number and he pointed to the bag distribution company information. I told him that is not the number to Corporate. He asked Pedro, who was hiding behind the wal for the number again and Pedro told him Corporate's number was on the side of the bag. I called the number 5/8/23 @ 8:45 am and was told that there location is not Corporate it was Customer Care. Customer Care was very nice and took down the complaint. Read moreSo I stopped in this establishment this morning trying to get my breakfast. What I ordered is on the receipt, a steak, egg and cheese bagel toasted with no egg and a large orange juice two hashbrowns. You would think I Wouldn’t have to tell a restaurant to toast a bagel but sometimes you do did they toast it? No. Nothing like biting into a sick piece of untoasted bagel then I get this orange juice that they charge you almost 3 dollars for that should be considered a small but they call it a large that is watered down to the point where it’s not even considered orange juice. The hashbrowns are barely done and it took them Close to 10 minutes just to get this order done. They ask you to pull over to the waiting area so you don’t hold up the line, in all actuality it’s not me holding up the line it’s you and you’re slow. Poor service. So from now on, just please understand that any place I go to. If there’s one person that won’t move the line. It’s probably me you will not get the satisfaction of having your drive-through line times decreased at the inconvenience of me not getting my food once I’m out of that line.
