Subway — Restaurant in Bremen Township

On September 30th Tuesday, I stopped to grab a tuna sandwich after spending a 8-hour day at work & driving to Hinsdale to visit my mother in the hospital. Upon entering I was not greeted & the front person went to the back to grab top to all of the condiments. He didn’t ask if I could wait…once he was done he then asked for my order. I really was in my mind contemplating leaving but I was too exhausted to stop elsewhere. Little did I know my night when not end anytime soon. I made it home w sandwich opened it up to a hard as a brick bread. I called the store & spoke to manager on duty & was told I had to drive back to the store to return the sandwich in order to receive a credit. What a disservice & inconvenience. No apology. I returned to the store. Still no apology. Terrible...

Visited this subway on MOTHER'S DAY! Around 5pm or 6pm. I entered the restaurant to my surprise. There were 3 melanin young adult men working behind the counter. They worked together, and they were helpful to one another. They were polite and were not loud and yelling. The young name that service me was very nice. My bread choice he was nice to look over it to make sure it was perfect, which it was. He made my sandwich properly. While talking to him, i learned he is a thinker, and he came up with something there i think was the best idea ever. As simple as it might be. However, it's an idea that works. Great job, young men keep striving...

One young lady was left to serve 4 customers while the 2nd young lady took the trash out to the dumpster. The young lady called out for assistance witch took the 3rd young lady at least 2.5 minutes to come to the front and now it's 5 customers. The third young lady appeared to be the manager of the store and appeared unhappy to help the customers. The second young lady returned from emptying the trash quickly rinsed her hands and started to assist. Now they were in each other's way. The food portions were poor, the taste of the food was poor and the over all service experience was poor. I will never return...
