Upon placing my order we were told that it was going to be 5 extra minutes for fresh beijing beef to be made which was fine so they had us pull forward to the parking spot and wait for our food. About 25 minutes later we notice there is an employee bringing out food to the line of cars they had lined up next to me and in the drive through. Hense she only had one order in here hand, so another 5 minutes go by and the poor worker was waiting outside on the people inside outside the drive through window to give her the orders to bring to everyone. Well apparently they were making everyones orders at once, so when we did receive our (5 min beijing beef) and the rest of our food we opened it up and it was cold barely filled with food. This location has always been terrrible with time and bringing orders out but atleast the orders were hot and fresh anytime we did have to wait. I stopped coming to this location before because of the service here figured id give it one more shot as it wasnt busy when we placed our order but still without a doubt proved too me as to why i stopped coming here in the first place. I am not hating on the employee who had to bring us all our food more power to her and thankful she sat in the cold to wait and bring us our food but to the workers on the inside and the manager running the shift at the time, in a fast food industry this is not a dunkin donuts where you make everyones coffee and serve it through the line the food will be cold and people will start getting confused as to what order goes to what car because you had about 10 cars waiting for there food in some which i seen drive off because they were tired of waiting. Not the worse panda i been too but not the best. I get it fast food there no high expectations there but "fast" food you would think itd be faster than waiting on a 30 piece from kfc or popeyes...
Read moreI came to the drive-through and the very first question I asked was hi. Can you please make sure all of my food is fresh and hot? I was guaranteed that everything was fresh and as soon as I open my box, I can tell that it wasn’t fresh. I ordered a plate A Nothing was in my plate. It actually tasted old. I called back to ask for my plate to be replaced . I got two entrées of sweet fried chicken breast, Half order of chow mein and a half order of greens Vegetables. The manager asked what wasn’t fresh and I mentioned the chow mein and chicken wasn’t fresh. She mentioned that she would only replace the chicken initially had to go back-and-forth with her just to make sure that my chow mein was going to be replaced as well. She said she would only replace the chicken and chow mein not green Vegetables Since those were the only things that were wrong. Keep in mind I asked for all fresh food initially so I wouldn’t have this issue in the first place and the manager refused to replace the actual plate I ordered . Disappointment that I would have to come back and get the correct order made the right way and how much of an inconvenience that is She said that she would only replace what wasn’t fresh . This felt extremely unfair as a customer not only was I lied to, But they aren’t even replacing what I ordered. I wanted everything to eat together, and I didn’t get that as my experience. I was very disappointed in the manager, Ariana I asked for the store manager she mentioned Julio Would be the right person to talk to, and he would tell me the same thing. This is extremely disappointing. This is the only panda express that I’ve been to that issue or any type of back-and-forth with replacing a meal that was in error on their part. Definitely will not be returning due to the lack of integrity and customer service from this...
Read moreI got to Panda Express at this location about 15 minutes before they said they were closing. I want some beef and broccoli as my third entree. I was told they were out of the beef and broccoli but they had chicken and broccoli . They said that it was a fresh pan that they were fixing. So I knew I could get my without a problem. daughter and I was sitting outside waiting on them to bring us the food. We were the only people, no people in line there to try to get food. So she comes out to the car I get my package I think I'm happy. So I go in and I look at my chicken broccoli and I find out that there's more broccoli than there is portein. Went back to the window and I was told that I did not get my chicken. They said that they have a ratio at 70% broccoli to 30% protein. And that's all they had. My problem with this is (1) that they said they were making a fresh pan (2) when I went up to the window they said that they had other people that had been in before us. That wasn't true because we're sitting there looking at the door. That's when I drive back in to question, they tell me that that's all they have. This is on 159th and Harlem and I do not believe I will be going back. Even though I love Panda Express I don't love that...
