Let me start off by saying I eat at subway throughout the chicagoland area atleast 3 times aweek. I would would have provided pictures if I was allowed to buy a sandwich. I walked in stood in line and when acknowledged placed my order. I ordered a rotisserie chicken CESEAR wrap. The young lady made my sandwich how I wanted...then came time to the sauce..."sir we dont have cesear sauce". To which I replied at I would like to have another type of sandwich because I dont normally eat wraps but I do enjoy this one with this sauce. She gave me a blank stare and looked for her coworker. The other young lady behind the counter asked if she could help. I explained the situation to her, and she was more than understanding. She went to the back to look for more sauce, but returned with the same result. So i asked the young lady #1 if i could make a different sandwich...once again blank stare.. So in return i asked young lady #2 if I could please speak to the owner. She went and returned with the owner. I explained the situation and the owner just kept asking me to use a different sauce. I explained that that is the only wrap that I eat from there, and if I could just please have them make me a different sandwich. She just continued to try to sell me the sandwich with a different sauce. I asked her that if you knew you didnt have cesear sauce couldn't I have been told that before making the sandwich or upon discovery of the missing sauce, offering to make a different sandwich.. I would have payed with no issue. So the final time I asked " I asked if I could please have a different sandwich, I was just stared at, feeling embarrassed over a simple request. I wasnt asking for anything free or at discount..i just wanted a sandwich that I would enjoy. I will never come back to this subway...and it will be along time before I go to any subways...
Read moreI don't appreciate it when a place has someone's family member, who is a child, hanging out there. Then, they push their child's sandwich in front of yours that's been started, after they harass said child into having a sandwich. So now I'm waiting for the child's sandwich to be toasted before mine goes in. Also, instead of the child going around me, they proceed to tell the family member what they want on their sandwich very loudly in my ear. It was a teenager and who I think is his sister who was working there. Not sure though. But the owner seemed ok with the whole thing. Then employee hands child her card to pay for the sandwich which I assume was with her discount. This place wasn't busy and it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to be in and out...
Read moreAfter having a bad experience at another location couple minutes earlier I decided to stop here at 147 and Cícero, EMPLOYEES WERE AWESOME treated me with respect and in a vip manner. The lady prepared my order her self and they do follow process of hygienic on food very nice and friendly I will definitely recommend this location for your SUBWAY orders was a very pleasant and satisfied experience.
