This is the slowest Starbucks ever! The drive through lines are ridiculously long. It's also dangerous because of the way it's set up. Plus not everyone honors who was there first. I went through the drive through when there wasn't a line and thought I got lucky! Nope! It took forever for a person to ask for your order. Then I got to the window and it took several more minutes and there was no one behind me. After finally getting my orders, I was disappointed because they messed up my drink and I got pumpkin bread instead of the banana bread I ordered.
I was told this was a training starbucks and that was why they were sooooo slow and making mistakes. I'm all for people learning and very patient. I've been the new person before. But when I let them know nicely my orders were wrong, I got an attitude and she said "oh well". Really? I hope they're teaching customer service because this individual needs it.
This afternoon, I went to this starbucks (at 1830. They say they close at 2030), the drive through was blocked and the store was closed. This is the 3rd time they did this! Only reason I come to this one is it's by my elderly, disabled mother when I go over to be with her. I don't like the idea of having to go somewhere more distant but it looks like I might have to just do that. I really like the starbucks on Bucklin Hill when I'm in Silverdale.
I'm glad many are happy with the service they're getting here. I haven't been lucky here and it's not cheap so I would like to get what I paid for. It's my little treat to myself. I can't recommend this store and I've had friends who stopped coming here because of the poor service. Too bad. I hope they can turn things around and stop closing the store when they're...
Read moreCan confidently say, this may be the worst Starbucks in the STATE of Washington. I started going here because of my current work location, and each time I have been there (counted about 6 different times), each interaction was nothing less than rude, immature, incompetent. The people taking your order, are practically whispering, so you need to ask them multiple times to "please speak up", and if you order food not warmed- FORGET IT!!! They're going to warm it anyway, and if you voice that your order is incorrect; the staff will certainly scoff, and then treat you as if you are severely inconveniencing them. I can't tell you the amount of attitude and childish audacity received from this specific location. If you read the other comments, you'll see it's a very frequent occurrence, and all the "owner" does when they respond, is send you a link to the general FAQs for customers on the Starbucks website. There's been reviews stating that the Manager will say to come back for a remake on drinks, and they are literally annoyed while saying it. Who would go back with that attitude? WHAT A JOKE!!!!
My advice to the workers: Work on your customer service skills, LISTEN to what your CUSTOMERS are telling you; in order to ensure a flawless transaction. Maybe when your back is turned behind drive-thru window, stop gossiping about how drunk you were and that you fell down the stairs? I mean, secrets are a thing- you may think your coworkers were laughing with you, but it was actually at you....
Read moreToday was my birthday and I wanted to get Starbucks for my whole family so I had a rather large order they got my order 100% correct at the drive-through screen and they asked if I would pull around. When I got up to pay, most of my order was ready so I double checked with the cashier if they still needed me to pull around. He said no because everything was pretty much ready. He was polite and friendly and made light conversation. Then someone (I think it was a manager. It might’ve been someone higher than that) came around with a laptop, and they started berating their employees for making that decision that I support, because not having to pull around was less of a hassle for me, and it was less of a hassle for the employees, because then they are not being removed from their workstation. Frankly, that manager berating her employees right in front of me ruined the experience for me, and I overheard that their ticket time was 3 minutes and in my opinion, with an order that was $69, 3 minutes is an excellent ticket time so I don’t know who that person is but I think they could really brush up on their Professionalism and...
