Let's start with I'm a new father and this is my experience out with my baby. It was my mother, my wife, my child and I. We came for some food to sit down and eat before an outing. We were addressed with disrespectful customer service initially. Giving my wife a bad vibe. Not even exact change given he had better things to do with his time. We waited. And we waited. My food gets called and my mother goes to collect it. He drops a fry and we realize he's not wearing any gloves. The employee shoved his fat grumbly tatertot fingers in the fry pit. The entire crew wore no gloves and fingered everything. But the food was not just fingered it was ice cold. Felt left out and forgotten. We asked for our refund cause we are not getting4 food poising my wife nor I and the man proceeds to attempt to take the shake out of my mother's hands. Chaos in a kitchen and all the while all the general managers and upper management were having a meeting just gossiping profanities ignoring the ignorant employees they have. No leadership. No courtesy or manners. I am in disbelief how they treat their customers. Do not bring family here. Do not go in drive through here they will not wear gloves and you won't know who's germs you eat. Maybe the elephants boogers or the camel toe foreheads cigarette...
Read moreJust went in the drive thru tonight and the drive thru wasn’t terribly slow, probably took about 10-15 mins the reach the window. That’s kinda long but not totally unacceptable. However, when I got to the window they told me to pull into one of the drive thru parking spaces while they complete my order. However, all the drive thru spaces were filled with other cars whose order also weren’t complete. This should have been my first sign to just leave. I sat there for over 30 MINUTES. I watched as other cars who also parked from the drive thru just take an L and just left without a refund or their food. I went inside to figure out where my food is at and the guy behind counter ignored me. It became apparent at this point that they completely forgot about my order as they were asking what exactly I ordered. Overall I spent close to 50 mins trying to get “fast” food.
My advice to this Wendy’s is to really take a look at who you’ve put in supervisory positions and make sure they can ensure that the workflow is going smoothly because they had an ample amount of...

Made the line wait 10 minutes for one car at the window, but they make ME pull off to the side because...I don't know Apparently making the other person pull off to the side wasn't worth it, but my simple order was (missing one nugget, go park). Update, 11 months later - Decided to risk it again. 1 Person in front of me, took literally 2 minutes to order (maybe more...I used app and was done in 15 seconds, and most of that was them talking). Then when I got my order, I was 3/4s of the way through the burger before I saw that the insides were pink. I THOUGHT it tasted a little off, a little more tang than I expected, but these patties are so thin, there should have been NO pink. Now I'm sick. Literally, physically ill. Had to have been at least half-raw. What did they do, slap it on the flat-top grill just long enough to turn brown on the surface? Apparently. It's going to be more than a year next time I'm desperate enough to go back...
