I have eaten here a few times since they opened. I went the day before and got wings in the boneless wings and I couldn't even chew the boneless ones so they corrected it after I called I took the food back as per their request. I went today on my lunch break and got the wing meal with the five wings lemon pepper and five on the side garlic parmesan. I repeated my order literally four times to the drive-thru person and I get my food and check it and lo and behold they have given me all garlic parmesan. I blew the horn and then waved at the girl and finally she addressed me after I was sitting there a few minutes. I tell her what was wrong she get the manager/cook and this is the second time that they've done this but they took the food back through the window. At this point I didn't want any more food because you're not even supposed to take food back through the window it's not hygienic and then they said they were going to make my order fresh but how do I know and I didn't have time at this point because I'm on lunch. I just don't understand if you made a mistake and you know you did because everyone got on headset so they should have heard my order why didn't you just make me five more wings lemon pepper and let me keep the food that I had just a suggestion. I asked for a refund and it appears that refunded it so hopefully it'll show up but I got the receipts. I will not return her again this is the second time in less than a couple days. Read moreI witnessed two of your employees in uniform Friday, January 12 around 5:40 PM at the subway on Michigan Avenue being very unprofessional and rude. One of them more rude and disrespectful than the other. Other people had been in line waiting on food. They came in and when they did not get immediate service, they decided that they were going to harass the subway employees by continuing to ask them to make their food. The employees explained there were other people in front of them. They got told no multiple times, but continued to insist that their food be made. They were saying they needed to go, but why is their time more important than the other people that just got off work that are also standing in line? They cut in front of people that had Already been waiting there for 15 minutes And continued to approach the counter to confront the employees about their very important sandwiches. . Then after one of their sandwiches got made (because I think that subway employees were trying to get rid of them at that point Because they would not ) they wanted another sandwich so they had two sandwiches made in front of other people that had been waiting because they felt entitled. Read moreI just had a horrible experience at Sam’s Seafood and Grill on Nine Mile Road, our first and last visit. Now, I WILL say my food was delicious. (My husband wasn’t at all impressed with his! He said his shrimp wasn’t fresh and his cocktail sauce was partially frozen.) HOWEVER, as I said, we will never go back. Get this: I ordered a crab leg dinner that comes with potatoes, a roll and a biscuit (or cornbread, something like that) and requested extra butter for the crab. When my meal came (quite a while after my husband’s was served), there was no roll, no biscuit, no butter. I didn’t want the bread anyway, so that really didn’t bother me. But they ALSO didn’t bring me anything whatsoever to crack open the crab legs with. I asked, “Would you bring me extra butter please and some crackers for the crab?” “Oh, we don’t serve crackers,” (!!!) and she immediately ran off. When she came back, she just had one very small tub of semi-melted butter. I asked, with hand motions this time, “Can I have something to crack open the crab legs with?” She replied, “No. We don’t have anything,” turned her back and sped away. I called after her, “How am I supposed to —- ???” but she had turned her back on me and ignored me. (And the fork was plastic.)
