Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams — Restaurant in Brentwood

Very poor customer service!!!

My family and I(two kids two adults)were in town visiting and we stopped at the Brentwood location for ice cream. When we entered into the parlor where there were four Associates working, we were not greeted. We saw one of the associates mending ice cream and asked what flavor it was. She immediately told us to look at the "picture board" with the names of the ice cream to telling us what the flavor was. My family and I went to the board to look, the flavor was not on the board, because it was seasonal. We informed the associates that the flavor was not there and they just looked at us, look at each other, and insisted that the flavor was on the board. About 90 seconds went by with us looking at them, and they looking at us. At this point we began to get a little agitated. We weren't really sure if we should walk out and leave or continue to stay. Finally one of the associates come from behind the ice cream counter and looks at the board; only to find that the ice cream was not on the board. The associate then returns the back behind the counter and whispers something to the other associates. once again we acknowledge that the flavor was not on the board and that we were not illiterate and could read; they became agitated. Instead of ordering what we fully came to get we settled on only two small cups for the kids. At this point we no longer wanted the ice cream, but didn't want to upset our kids. The associate who initially told us to look at the board gave us that exact ice cream for free. I definitely will not return to this location...

Oh boy, talk about some special ice cream ! Jeni's has some really unique flavors, I mean Really Unique! Once you walk in the door , the smell of fresh baked Waffle Cones hits you and man does it smell good. And when you get a look at the Ice Cream selection, you're totally blown away. I meet a lady while waiting in the line for my Ice cream, she had her kids there and told me their Ice Cream was overrated. I think she was too into fast food ice cream because this Ice cream at Jeni's was Fantastic! I had the three half dips for $6 and it was worth every penny. My choices were the I've ever tasted ! I'm not going to tell you what I had because I want you to make up your own mind and not be like the lady in the line. Too judgemental and one sided. Believe me, what ever you choose is going to be great ! The prices are a little high, but if you want some special Ice cream, like I said, it's worth it. The people are very friendly and quick, so even if there is a line, it's only because it's hard to make up your mind. I'll definitely be going back to Jeni's when I'm back in...

So my friends and I went to this icecream store around 8:40pm. We knew that they will be closing at 10pm so we where planning to go in get the ice cream and come out. Someone had said that this place was an amazing icecream store. So we drove all the way from northern Huntsville to try this amazing icecream. We stopped in one of the parking spots up front. The store looked so pretty in the inside and the store had the lights. When we got to the door we seen a little sign saying that they are still closing at 10pm. But when we tried to open the door it was locked. When we walked away two girls in the place started to flash the lights one and off dancing around. When I when back to the door they turned their lights off and ran to the back of the store to hide. I got to say that was really rude. They could have said "I'm sorry we have closed early for the day." And I would have been ok with that. So sorry not...
