I recently placed a order at this location where I was overcharged. I had provided my coupon over the phone where it was declined at pickup and was told it expired when in reality it expires 12.31.21. I called to have this issue resolved today since the coupon in fact wasn't expired and that was the reason given on why I was overcharged and only given 5 dollars off when I inquired with the person who picked it up. The supervisor LUPE who assisted me, if that really is her name being she didn't want to provide her full name once I mentioned escalating the issue, gave excuse after excuse as to why I was overcharged. I had someone else pick up the order because it was for a party but my total over the phone was less than what was charged. The pick up person stated the man who on the receipt shows as Daniel M gave the excuse the coupon expired but was willing to give 5 dollars off then according to supervisor Lupe who wasn't even present the day of my order gave the excuse the coupons were valid but not for this location which should've been disclosed during ordering instead I was given total with my coupon included and at pick up told coupon expired. Lupe dropped the ball especially as a Supervisor giving excuses instead of resolving the issue she escalated it more! She told me go head and dispute with my bank because she couldn't do anything for me in regards to resolving the issue. Didn't even apologize for this whole ordeal. I was willing to pay the total of 47 but 60 bucks isn't the total given upon ordering via phone. She needs to honestly be fired if she doesn't have the basic problem solving and customer service figured out because her problem solving and customer service skills were complete TRASH! I was shocked when she stated she was the manager then later changed to supervisor but might explain the nature this location is being ran! Its basic common sense you do not argue with a customer especially when you overcharged them intentionally instead of being honest with customers from the start! Had I known the coupons didn't work I definitely would have ordered elsewhere more worthy of my money. The pizzas were cheese and pepperoni and definitely had better from little Cesar's, pizza hut, and Zachary's pizza. This location needs customer service training and replacement management. The female Supervior Lupe who originally stated she was the manager then lied and said she was the SUPERVISOR needs to be FIRED! Read moreI really wanted to come in and do the lunch buffet.. but apparently this place does not offered it anymore. Okay, I get that.. but I didn't realize that the quality had gone down as well. I ordered a personal size pizza and over half the pizza was bubbled like the picture below. It's a personal pizza. So that basically means that I got 2.5 slices.. that weren't bubbled. So there was no cheese and limited olives. Because of the bubbles, the sauce also was unevenly distributed. The dough tasted like cardboard, which is not how I remember RTP tasting when my uncle owned one years ago.
The one thing that brought this review from a 1star to a 3star, was Wyatt. He had a very up beat personality and was kind. He made me feel extremely welcome, unlike the older woman who was working with him. (She's made me feel unwelcome and like I should go away. It sucked.) The location was clean-ish and well.. empty. You could see where all the previous customers sat, since the dishes and table numbers were all still on the tables. So four people had eaten in house before us. 👀

Read moreThe store has had long delivery times, so we decided to order an XL pizza for pickup. We were told that it would be ready in 20 min. We arrived at the store to pick it up 25 minutes after we placed the order. We paid 45$ and we were told it would take an additional 5 minutes. We waited and after 25 more minutes or approximately 45 minutes from the time we ordered. I got up and asked how much more time I would take. The young lady at the front desk said she would check and asked for my name again. She then looked in the pizza warmer and said it just came out. My wife and I knew it was not true because we were sitting looking at them waiting for the pizza, I did not say anything and politely said thank you and left. When we arrived home, we realized the pizza was dehydrated from sitting in the warmer so long. I usually order from Antioch at Lone tree. We never have any problems with that store, but we live closer to the store in Brentwood at Sand Creek. This happened before, that is why we drive to the Round Table in Antioch.
