First time coming here at Attra. Didn’t even have time to read reviews, but, it’s a place I’ve never been so why not?!!? I’ve been coming to the streets of Brentwood, how have I never noticed this place?!! Anyway, so here you won’t have a problem looking for a parking spot because this is at an outside mall. So any open spot is yours. There’s a good chance you’ll get one.
Food: the food is quite impressive. Farm to table and the plating is pretty. We ate here for a birthday celebration. We started off with wine and other drinks. For starters, we got the truffle tots, which is aaaaamazing. They also have truffle fries incase you don’t want tots. We also received bread and vinaigrette (must asked for it).
Our dinner consisted of the following: Shrimp skewers, Ribeye Steak with broccolini and seasoned greens, Brentwood Corn Mafaldine, and Chicken Parmigiana. The Ribeye was huge (seasoned well) glad me and my sister decided to share. I had a taste of the Brentwood Corn (I really loved it). It was creamy, spicy, and sweet. I can’t explain it. It was delicious.
Service: all the servers we interacted with were very nice, tended to our needs and full of smiles. Almost too good right?!?. But I’m serious they were all smiles.
Ambiance: it was ok. Nothing special. There is a separate room though (for a big party). It’s nicer. But I think the ambiance can be elevated.
Price: a bit pricey for a local spot. But in fairness the serving size and the taste matches the price. So be prepared to spend more than usual.
Note: my friend received a special dessert for her birthday. What a nice way to end a delicious dinner. It was Lemon Curd Custard. Wow! It was too good (not so sweet) just the...
Read moreIf I could give it no stars, I would. Prior to going there, I had heard nothing but good things about the establishment. So I thought it would be a great place for my friends and I to get dinner and catch up. I made a reservation for 5:15. The last person made it there by 5:35. We had ordered everything by 5:40. 6:00 hit and all we got was our starter (fries for us to share) and a drink. We saw that others were getting their entrees and drinks, which was odd. We waited till 6:20 (40 mins waiting for our entrees), then we figured enough was enough and left to pay for our starter and drink. At the front, we made them aware of the situation (i was given a lot of attitude by the host), then they told us our food was being plated and we could eat, so we thought to give it a second chance. We sat down and started putting food in our individual plates, then I saw a hair in my food. At that point, I was furious, it was one thing on top of another. I understand it's a restaurant, so I did not cause a scene. I simply called over our waiter and told him to look at the plate. He understood and we left. I was too livid to stop and take a picture of the hair, we just wanted to leave. I will not be coming back to this establishment. I felt as if we were treated unfairly (we're all in our early 20s) and everyone else was much older than us and they seemed to be getting great service. However our experience was quite the opposite; service was slow, host was rude, and food was contaminated. Overall, terrible experience, whole way through.

Read moreWe celebrated our 13th anniversary here. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home and making our night memorable!
I highly recommend that you go to their website and make a reservation in advance. They are only open 5p-9p Wednesday through Sunday and closed on Monday and Tuesday and they are busy.
We started off with well made and amazing flavored drinks. Honey Do, Long Island, and Margarita Fuego(spicy…I warned you 😀). Then we ordered our hot starters…Roasted Bone Marrow, Roasted Oysters, and Griddled Octopus. Talk about a flavor rush that had you wanting more!
For main Entrée we chose 3 dishes to share and take home. Chicken Parmigiana (has a nice little kick), Braised Beef Papparedelle (creamy sauce/gravy with long wide noodles and melt in your mouth beef), and Steak Frites (steak, mild and medium spicy roasted chilies, and Parmesan truffle fries).
The staff treated us to a strawberry topped cheesecake to finish off our celebration. The strawberry sauce that normally comes on cheesecake is sweet, however, Attraversiamo’s is more on the tart side and balances out the flavors. It’s not too rich or sweet.
Place your reservation! It’s worth the wait to have all these wonderful, local, and fresh flavored dishes in a relaxed and casual atmosphere. I forgot I was in the Streets...
