Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Brentwood

I haven't been to a Red Robin in over 10yrs. I was excited to sink my teeth into one of thier Signature Burgers. We started off with the Island Heat Wings. DELICIOUS and cooked just right. The burger I selected was the Scorpion Burger, what an inviting selection of ingredients as I prepared for an adventure in taste. My daughter had the Fish n Chips. I was DISAPPOINTED with the burger. Lack of flavor and dry like the Sierra Desert 🏜 ! How does a place that specialize in burgers fail me. The fish n chips and the wings were FAR BETTER then the burger. This location wasn't busy with only 2 other tables occupied on the bar side, which I have no idea why we were seated there. Service was SUPER SLOW and food was either forgotten or our order wasn't placed. Endless fries, cold....and I had to ask for them. So, I'm aware things have changed since Covid. But if an establishment is interested in keeping customers happy and making sure a return visit is in the future. Some extra training should be implemented. We all have good and bad days, this is human nature. I will return for the wings and atmosphere as the decor was definitely inviting and comfortable. The attention to cleaning was witnessed and some employee interaction was also observed to be a pleasant working...

Several months ago I stopped going to Red Robin in Concord due to the bad service, now I decided to visit Brentwood and I now see why I am no longer a customer, their service is horrible, their food is bland, no taste and even their so called bottomless fries are nowhere to be seen, I asked my waitress after I ordered my drinks to please bring us a basket of fries while we figure out what to order, and amazingly I was told no!.... not until I placed a food order, really? Ok we proceed to order so we didn't make the kids wait, and once again after we placed our order, I told the waitress to please bring fries while the food gets ready, nope it never arrived, the food eventually arrived and the basket of fries never.

Each burger had fries, but never once they asked if we would like a refil on the fries. But my tasteless burger was $13.99, and my wife's bland season less burger $11.99, total bill for 2 burgers , drinks and 2 kids meals $65!

This are the worst $65 I ever spent. I bet if I had gone to Burger King or Jack in the Box I would had enjoyed the burger.

Never again Red Robin, I now know the chain has changed and they suck now!

I can get better service and food elsewhere.

Terrible. My wife and I were visiting out of state where we have been to several Red Robin’s including the one near our residence. The service of those restaurants were great where I continue visit. However, this restaurant was terrible. As a retiree, we went to this particular restaurant to celebrate our granddaughter’s school promotion where I treated my family, party of 11, to dinner. We were seated and the server immediately brought everyone water. About 20 minutes later we ordered some appetizers. The server took our order but didn’t bother to ask if we wanted drinks. We gave it a few minutes then I had to ask the server we would like to order drinks. Our appetizers arrived along with our drinks. The server eventually came and took our order. About an hour later we were still waiting on our meals. I approached the manager and told him about our delayed order. The manager didn’t seemed to be concerned. When our meals arrived, we requested to-go containers due to the time of night we received our meals and a couple of my family members needed to be elsewhere. We were seated about 7:30 pm and didn’t receive our food other than the appetizer until 9:00 pm. Ridiculous!!!!! I will never come to this...
