Went to menchie's to pick up a Father's Day Frozen cake treat. I have no idea how it tasted lol but I can say that I was genuinely warmed in My heart by the kindness of the three young ladies working that evening that stayed waiting for me on a very hectic day. I am so sorry I don't recall all three names but it was a lauren, and ashley, and the sweetest girl that helped me on the phone, I am drawing a blank right at this moment but I will fill this in when I recall LOL anyway you guys were so incredibly sweet and it was a truly hectic day. I really appreciate your efforts and understanding the situation that went right on Mother's Day. It was entirely a doordash block were the mistake we experienced and you guys did not hesitate to come up in every way possible without me even asking and made that right with the Father's Day experience. Doordash completely flopped on Mother's Day and I think you girls for hearing me out on what happened just so you were also aware. By the way, I'm the girl who came in with the baby kitty in tow, and tipped you guys with the Clinique happy smoothie sorbet lotions :-) before this becomes a book I will sum it up by saying to the management: you have a fantastic set of staff and I highly recommend you cherish their good nature and kindness because they are the perfect type of face I would want representing my business if I had one. The three young ladies I dealt with exceeded my expectations for an experience went above and beyond, and are exceptional in what they do because I left with a smile a warm feeling of considerations and wondering when I could actually come back and try it for myself! Give these girls a raise¡ Appreciate their people skills-their type is hard to find and they are an excellent set of faces for your front line representation! Thank you to all and I hope this does them proper by way of some recognition...a raise of some sort would be really really cool eh? Or a little treat of a bonus, you know! just something! I visit Lady Bug Nails in Brentwood and this is the third time I haven't received good service. Why do I continue to return? Well I've been going there for years and I believe in communication with my nail technicans but obviously they dont care to receive constructive criticism in order to please their clients and customer retention. My nails are crooked and they were formed too wide. Yes the product was allowed to run along the side of my cuticle and I even spoke up to what was not normally created but I was told by her husband is that oh he still has to use the drill. Well all the filling in the world will not correct the use of two much product,too thick and crooked. So I asked his wife my nail tech, to rebook me for Monday to take these off or let me sit and soak these off while she can take the next walk in but she decided to talk in her language that I can understand because I speak several foreign languages. ..saying "she is never happy,always complain" so I replied listen I pay good money for my nails tip well and never complain when you're always running behind but I sit for hours waiting with an appointment. It might be time for me to seek services...
