Vitality Bowls — Restaurant in Brentwood

Horrible experience. Staff was unprofessional and customer service was nonexistent. Came in on a Sunday morning to the Brentwood, CA location last weekend (5/10/23) it was only me and my boyfriend there. Had to wait until someone finally came out of the back to take our order, which took 5 minutes, took our order and we waited patiently 10 minutes for one small smoothie and a juice. We checked in on it but all 4 employees were in the back room just talking amongst themselves not making any orders, or coming out to let us know a timeline. There weren’t any doordash orders either or anyone picking anything up. So it was just ours to make. We asked again how it was coming along 15 minutes later and had to wave them down in the back and they brushed us off, to take 5 new peoples orders that had just come in instead of finishing ours. Then one of the female employees came out and asked to take our order -she didn’t know anything about our order we had been waiting for the entire time or what we were talking about. So we asked for a refund, thinking they’d give us the drinks for free after all of that, and they hadn’t even started making them and said we didn’t get the drinks and did not apologize for any of the inconvenience or lack of customer service. Super disappointed....

Vitality Bowls is probably one of if not my favorite place to eat in Brentwood, I’ve tried açaí bowls from other locations and rest assured I can say no one makes them better than Vitality. The staff is always extremely welcoming and has lovely attitudes, the store is always well kept and clean. One thing I do want to point out is that sometimes the food we receive isn’t accurate to what we order. Every now and then we’ll be missing toppings or add-ons and such, but honestly this hasn’t been too big of a problem for us. With all the fast food restaurants around, Vitality Bowls is the refresher that offers healthy food that actually tastes good. Even if you’re not a smoothie person, try it. Happy Holidays to all... We LOVE Vitality Bowls in Tucson at the North Swann location. We practically live there! I have a salads there at least two or three times per week, and my kids love the grilled sandwiches. All of the workers are the best, including Maddie, Hannah, Maverick, Joey, Annea, and, lately, we have been served by both Hunter and Tiff. Please forgive us if we left someone out or misspelled names. They have memorized our somewhat customized regular orders, and they are always genuinely kind, mature, thoughtful, and professional. I hope Vitality Bowls gets to hang on to these awesome young people for awhile...they are a big part of the reason we go! Thanks again for everything Vitality...
