thanks Berto new team member to managment Pittsburg California store on Railroad"A++ on air conditioning temperature at this store as opposed to the million degree Heat on Century in Pittsburg" sent me to streets of Brentwood to return my phone that was defective after spending most of the day on Wednesday with me and special tech support for the S10 Plus Galaxy Berto sent me to the streets of Brentwood whichsurprisingly had my phone in stock, the one terabyte S10 Plus Galaxy along with multiple bright smiley happy employees to greet me and take care of me in an air-conditioned store thank goodness. I do think whoever stock c-stores is not paying attention very well the whole entire store and just about every store that I've been to is full of cases and accessories for iPhones and nothing for Galaxy I had literally 3 phone cases to choose from after purchasing a $1,600 phone from you guys that should be something that should probably be given to you or at least have more of a variety to choose from other than two different color OtterBoxes no exaggeration they have five walls full of iPhone cases they have one area this about 3 foot by 5 foot 4 galaxies and I do think that knowing how long it takes in the stores you guys should start having public restrooms inside your stores although the streets of Brentwood is lucky that I actually have a public restroom right outside in the alleyway they're lucky they don't have one of those over and any other one that I went to I always have to go to one of the food chains to go to the bathroom which is ridiculous so this door almost has it all great employees local bathroom great temperature no phone cases no accessories for Galaxy what is the deal I know that half of my friend have iPhone half of my friends have Galaxy it's not even 7525 it's literally half and half so at least give us our own wall of chargers all different colors Sparkles all different things very disappointing that I just paid $1,600 for a phone and have no case for it have to order one so that means I'm a break it by the time of my case gets here and I don't think that's right get some Galaxy...
Read moreWhen did Brentwood ever have a downtown. It's interesting that for a city that never had a downtown the closest thing it had was a stretch of treat that went through the main part of town, I guess you could call the part where the feed and tire store was downtown. However the city fathers decided to create one with a farce call the streets in brentwood. It's all of your typical chain restaurants chain stores, jammed into shopping centers. Given the illusion that you can walk between them because they managed to have even sidewalks. It's also a great place to get parking tickets or generally be harassed by the local police. It's the same as many of the fake downtowns that have been created in cities that never had them to start with or had to rebuild them in new locations because the existing downtown, did not meet the layout the city fathers wanted it to. An example is to look at downtown Antioch California. It was revitalized in the late 1970s, again in the mid-1980s, and then yet again in the early 1990s. None of which has stuck. The restaurant known as Humphreys on the wharf. Was a part ownership between the city and the operator, it closed under dubious circumstances and is now being operated by yet another company with a profit sharing scheme with the city. Third hand reports of the food are less than desirable. To go through the trouble of traveling to...
Read moreGreat ambiance to walk and browse and quite a wide variety of stores with convenient location and all (east immediately off Hwy 4 at Sand Creek exit), but traffic density and parking are not easy. Not the best planning. Also be advised during hot summer months that there is very little shade, even though there is lots of places to sit (they get HOT!) so plan accordingly. There is also notice from the vehicles on Hwy 4 -- again, not the best planning. We don't come here often even though it's right nearby...
If you want to do more than walking and browsing, then know that all the stores and restaurants are WAY over-priced to be here. And ones that go out of business and new ones that come in all do the same -- so this review needs to be seen by the owners making their prices way too high. That's capitalism, but I also get to choose WHERE to spend my hard-earned $100 (because this place it's way more than just a hard-earned $1)...even though I'd love to support some of this businesses, I'll have to support local elsewhere.
They do try to plan events, especially during holidays, but COVID was hard on all retail, but I would really like to get the OWNERS to see what greed does -- 3 ⭐ for all the...
