Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brentwood

It’s hard to find parking because they share a parking lot with a very busy 24 Hour Fitness. Dine-in sucks. You HAVE to order from the Kiosk, which takes longer and is only semi-intuitive. The line to order backs up, blocking the restroom. People are constantly having to walk through the middle of that line to go the bathroom. Poor placement design. Service is slow. It took 15-20 minutes to get food for four people. Service is poor. They call your name and you can barely hear it. When you go to pick up your food, no one is standing there to give it to you. It’s just sitting on the counter. What’s the big deal? We needed drink cups that we never got because we ordered on the stupid kiosk. They act like they don’t know what we are talking about! Then they act all inconvenienced because we asked for our cups. Food was okay. Not bad and not great. No napkins, sweeteners, sauce, plastic cutlery…everything is behind the counter and you have to ask for it. Busy location. I watched a homeless guy sneak in and make his way over to the soda fountain and fill up a cup. No one stopped him because everyone is in the back making food. No one watching the front. They probably would not have stopped him even if they did see him.

I love Taco Bell but I do NOT recommend this location...

This taco bell sucks. Go to the other one in Brentwood, Oakley, Antioch. The people at this one are rude for no reason, don't know how to work the mobile orders correctly, and are slow. Now that I can deal with I normally don't mind, and just deal with it.

What makes this one suck the most? They don't carry all the same sauces as the other locations. They never update their menu so you try to order something you see on the drive thru screen and they reply that they haven't had that item in months. (even though it's still advertised clearly as an item to buy, with a price on it, in the drive thru). WORST OF ALL - They skimp more than any other taco bell. So when it's time for that glorious 4th meal and you're plastered, you open your bag and the burrito is as small as your right pinky finger and the taco is broken in half with a sprinkle of lettuce and two pieces of...

Absolute worst Taco bell. They are supposed to open at 8 am. I placed my order on the app at 8:07 for pick up in store at 8:12. Walk into the store and my order isn't ready, the kitchen isn't set up. While I am currently waiting in the store for my order, this man comes in behind me and places his order on the kiosk. The employee brings him his drink cup, but the customer can not get a soda because the soda machine isn't setup either. I understand it is right when they open, but if you are not ready to serve customers when you open, your hours of operation should be changed. Now, at 8:27 I received my order. This is Taco Bell, fast food, by all definition. It should not take 20 minutes.
