*update: see comments from Jason's below, I also received a nice text from the manager apologizing. I feel they are genuinely concerned about their quailty and service. I understand everyone makes mistakes, I will try this location again in the very near future. Will update review after I recieve my order.

Original post: My last two orders have had mistakes (missing items on pick up orders). I feel like they are skimming orders to save money. This last order was a Greek salad missing the feta, Greek olives, and croutons (basically a garden salad for a Greek salad price) almost 4 dollar difference. No point in waiting to get it corrected as the person doing the register is also working hard in the back. Will be going to one of the Bangor locations...

I will never have your business do a delivery again as a hour later after our pizzas were suppose to be there we had to call and find out why we hadn’t had our pizzas yet. They said that the pizzas have been cooked etc and sitting on the counter for about a half hour and that they were waiting on the delivery guy to pick them up and that it could take about 45 minutes to get them. We’re located on the acme road in brewer and that there’s no excuse. We had one of us go and get the pizzas and they never even offered us anything for the inconvenience. If I owned that business I would’ve refunded the money and at least had hot pizzas etc for everything. One of the best pizzas I have had the experience of having. The pizza is delicious with a nice crisp crust made fresh in the store daily with a softer and tasty inside. Leftovers heat nicely in a toaster oven. The pizzas are always consistently made the same way, so they are always good. Being Italian I am particular about my pizza and Jason's does it right. Great parking is available with many different locations to park as well as online ordering. Do not be afraid to order something other than pizza because whatever you order it will be spot on. Staff members are always professional and friendly, and prices are reasonable. The Bangor location is just as nice. Give Jasons' a try you will not be disappointed! Enjoy!
