Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Brick Township

Bubbakoo’s in Brick is very nice and extremely clean! I’m not sure if they’re all set up like this one but the Brick location has a nice atmosphere! The food is absolutely amazing!!!!! The employees are quick and work as a team to have your order ready as fast as possible.

My kids and I went after karate one night, our first experience wasn’t that great. The food was great but the employees attitudes and bad vibes just turn me off and I won’t go to the particular spot again . I think customer service is huge! I’m not a “Karen” but I tip, I’m never rude or complain to get things-again, I just won’t go back. The girl looked irritated and acted annoyed to be there. She could have been going through something so whatever. The second and third time again the food was perfect! This time the employees were nice and friendly! But I have to say- this fourth time, I took my son and his friend after school to get lunch (and of course, the Fried Oreos! ) NOAH and I believe MARK? I hope that’s correct-they were so nice and just made the experience better! I made sure to tell them both. Noah has an awesome personality and truly cares about his job. Mark was awesome as well, very personable good guys! I had my one year old and two 6th grade boys lol and these guys were patient and the food was quick and just perfect! Thank You both for being so awesome and treating your customers like you do. It makes a huge difference!!

I thought we loved Finns and Surf Taco- this is our new spot! My son loves their quesadillas, fried Oreos and their sticker wall when you first walk in lol. In my past visits, their food has always satisfied me. As of lately however, I've noticed some changes that were a bit disappointing. I'm dismayed at their decision to discontinue their nacho cheese. Not sure of the reason for that, but it was always so good in the past. It was always a staple ingredient in all of my orders. The queso cheese was good, but still would have much rather preferred the nacho. Today I got lettuce on top of my chiwawa, but unfortunately, I regretted that decision once I started to eat. The lettuce was not fresh at all and even appeared old in some spots. Very dark and it wasn't crunchy or refreshing like it used to be at all. It should have been swapped out for a fresher supply in my opinion. Furthermore, I think their prices are set too high, at least for what I ordered. $15 and change for a chiwawa and a fountain soda. For reasons I mentioned above, I didn't feel my meal was worth the price. Lastly, the restaurant was very humid and warm inside. Not a very enjoyable experience if you are going to be dining in, especially in this time of year (July). Not sure if their ac was on or even working for that matter, but it should be fixed. Update: I emailed customer service like their response suggested a week ago. More than 7 days later and no reply from corporate customer service or the locations manager. Changed to 1 star because of this.

I order from this location all the time online and it's always perfect. I was given a gift card for Christmas and found out they aren't good for online orders so I came in the store and ordered for the first time. The employees were distracted and finally got someone after a few minutes of standing around. I got the exact same thing I always do yet it was a chore this time and was still made wrong. When going to pay, I held up the gift card while saying I'm going to use a gift card to pay. The cashier with green hair said I could scan my phone for the rewards and it wont charge my normal payment method. I scan my phone and a receipt comes out after charging my debit card. What is the point of selling gift cards if the employees don't know how to handle them and they cannot be used online? I'll continue to do business here but never in person again and I'll see if I can sell the gift card somewhere because...
