When I want to spoil myself I go here. But this place is getting way too good to only come once a week. Plenty of diverse options to take home that taste so fresh and healthy. Friendly staff that helps you go above and beyond to support local small businesses. My only suggestion is when they are ready make available to order online. Online ordering will boost their business tremendously. They may need to expand if they use online ordering. Closed on Monday which is good because that means nothing is rushed and more fresh ideas come.

I had a great lunch at The Spoon & Bowl! I ordered The Cubano on their housemade pesto bread with fries, and it was really delicious. The flavors were well balanced, the ingredients were fresh, and the quality was top-notch. It’s clear that the owner is a proper chef—this is so much more than your average sandwich shop. Every bite was thoughtfully prepared, and you can really taste the difference. I can’t wait to come back and explore more of the menu! Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic new spot that opened a couple of months ago, and I’m glad it did. This area needed an all-fresh, ingredient homemade soup/food spot.I have been here a couple of times, and everything I’ve gotten was just out of this world. Also, the prices are fantastic for this homemade food. I will continue to visit this place every winter weekend for soup and sandwiches.

While driving through Brick, New Jersey, we decided to stop at a newer spot we had heard about — The Spoon and Bowl. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and an incredibly friendly staff that made us feel right at home.

Their menu is impressively extensive — in fact, it was hard (in the best way) to choose what to order because everything sounded amazing. In addition to their regular menu, they also offer a variety of prepared foods.

The food came out quickly, and we were honestly blown away. The portion sizes were huge — I had the pastrami Reuben, and my wife ordered the Jr. Club Joe sandwich on gluten free bread (she has celiac). Both were absolutely delicious! There was so much food that we ended up taking the leftovers home.

One of the highlights of our visit was the kindness of the owner, who brought out watermelon slices for our boys while we finished eating — a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that speaks volumes about the people who work here.

The Spoon and Bowl is a truly wonderful restaurant with wonderful people behind it. Whether you're passing through the area or live nearby, it’s absolutely worth the visit. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you again for a...

We came in not long after they opened, I worked across the street for a while so I was really excited to see a soup/sandwich place opening up after Atlanta bread closed. Staff were all so friendly and it was so obvious they were all excited about their new business. I love that it was set up almost like a little market you can get fresh veggies and goods. All the food was amazing. Especially this one salad I forget what it was called. I can’t have leafy greens due to a dietary restriction but salad is my favorite food so it’s difficult to find one I can have. This salad had no greens, topped with some apples and grapes, and smothered with a creamy dressing. Perfect combo of sweet and savory. I dream about this salad at least weekly and I can’t wait to come back for more. So excited you guys showed me a dish I could love without risking the...

Came here on a whim, after seeing a new place having filled the vacant storefront. In one word? Incredible. An absolutely amazing place for some of the best soups and sandwiches in the area.

The "Thanksgiving Day" soup is like nothing I'd ever had, and literally tasted like eating a part of turkey day dinner with every bite (seriously, one bite might be cranberry sauce, another might be green bean casserole, and it all works in perfect harmony somehow).

The sandwiches here are massive, and well worth the price, especially considering the sheer amount of flavor in these things. I'm fairly sure they lace their pesto bread with addictive substances, because I seriously cannot get enough.

An absolutely welcome (and refreshing!) change from the typical chain food nonsense in town. Well...
