Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brick Township

Not your typical domino's experience. First off, I get it...it's domino's. But although I do not expect the best pizza ever, I'd at least like consistency and timely service. I'd also expect to get my pizza and sandwiches cut prior to arriving. Oh, and I'd expect to actually get what I ordered. Well, curb your expectations if you order from this one in Bick. We have tried well over 5x in the past few months to give this place a chance. Nope. Literally every darn time, something if not multiple things are very wrong. Well today was the last straw when they delivered this. (See pic) this was a cheesesteak. It was LITERALLY burnt to a crisp, I mean straight charred. On top of this, one of my pies was supposed to be lite cheese, extra sauce. Nope, extra cheese no sauce. This is not uncommon. The order was also 1 hour past original estimation. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes. I live 3 min away. I'd gladly come pick it up after an hour but we can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Food arrived cold and barely edible. Tried calling back to ask if they could remake and I'd gladly come pick it up. Gave that idea up after an 20 min on hold. Anyway, nice girl came to door and apologized for being late as she was the only one working on a Sunday night in November. I'd assume this is a product of a poorly managed business and I hope the owners can get thier act together. I have never had such horrible service from any restaurant, let alone dominos. Me and my boyfriend ordered two pizzas with bacon and cheesy bread with jalapeños online. My pizza was delivered with NO SAUCE OR CHEESE for some reason even though it was in our order online. And the cheesy bread had no jalapeños or sauce. My bf called them back and asked what was up, and they offered to send us two new pizzas for free. Okay, nice. Keep in mind, my bf was never impolite or accusatory on the phone, just wanted our correct order. 40 minutes go by, and still no pizzas. He calls them back, and the man on the phone says the driver was already on his way with the two pizzas. Nice. Another 30 minutes go by, still no pizzas. He calls back again, asking where the hell the driver is and wanting a refund. The man on the phone says our pizzas had NOT EVEN LEFT THE STORE because they had thought the driver took out the pizzas but had "forgotten to take them out." They again offer us two new pizzas and cheesy bread which we accept although pissed. The driver got here in about 20 minutes but had actually forgotten AGAIN one of the pizzas that dominos had promised us for messing up our order. We were too pissed to even enjoy our cold meal, and obviously the driver did not care one bit when we showed him the pizza with no sauce or cheese. Dominos, you should be ashamed to have this store...

Nope, nope, nope.

While it's been many moons since I ordered from here, there's a few VERY good reasons. The fact this location is still open is quite frankly, stunning.

For one, this location can never get orders right. Literally every time I placed an order for delivery, something would be not just wrong - but LAUGHABLY wrong. The last time I ordered a deep dish pie with salami as a topping, I got a regular (non deep dish) pie delivered with sausage, and literally 0 sauce. A sausage breadstick. This sort of issue happend so many times that they kept "crediting" my address for a free pizza, and I must have had at least 4 of the suckers on my account.

Don't try to actually use them though, because it's a bold-faced lie, and they don't actually note this anywhere on your account. Additionally, delivery? Forget about it. On at least 3 occasions, I placed an order at 8pm and had the food show up TWO AND A HALF HOURS later, with excuses from "no delivery drivers" to "we aren't...
