So sad a once favorite place not so favorite now. Son and I stood in line with one person infront of us for at least 8 min with 6-7 people "working" two of which were in the back chowing down then once they were finished they came out licking their fingers and taking orders..... An order with a line of about 5 people impatiently waiting. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone work here that could be considered and adult with that said your crew needs some major work. Just so you're aware in just about 24 hours exactly my son and were ill of which lasted about an hour or two, my wife didn't have any any and she's fine. Maybe teach your kids there some proper...

As someone who travels a lot for work, and also a certified serve safe person myself I observe a lot of things when at any food establishment, I watched the lady rolling the pretzels answer the phone and go right back to rolling without changing her gloves causing cross contamination, also none of the staff were wearing hair nets, the gentleman operating the oven had a hat but the women all except 1 had very loosely tied back hair and no hair net. They were not serving wearing gloves, there is so much cross contamination in this place. I will not go back to this location, and would love to speak to there management because the employees clearly...

A must stop for a snack when going to the mall. I want to give 5 stars but cannot this time. No menu was visible for selection and only two types of pretzels were prepared, cinnamon sugar and plain. It was not late in the evening. Would like to have seen the menu board lit, better selection available, and more attentive staff behind the counter who were more interested in their own conversation than helping customers with their questions. Hopefully I can update my rating...
