This was my first time dining in at this establishment. When they first opened I didn’t hear not so great things about this place. I believe because it was new and they were trying to work with the staff that they had. Now that is has been opened for quite some time, I decided to give this place a try. What I ordered for myself was amazing!! I had the fried calamari, loaded baked potato (so cheesy!!), omg the French onion soup is amazing!!! Grilled asparagus and the blackened scallops was juicy, flavorful and melted in your mouth. Hubby ordered steak tips over mashed. I had a bite and that steak was juicy tender. Now, for the burgers that he and my daughter purchased, they weren’t happy at all. They stated the burger was dry, lacked flavor and the bun was toasted so much that the bread fell apart. Me personally would never order a burger at a fancy restaurant lol. The wings had no flavor as well. As you can see in the pic it just looked like they took plain wings without seasoning and dumped in the fryer. I would definitely go back. Both daughter and hubby stayed now they know not what to get lol but would be back as well.

I took my sister here for a late birthday celebration. I've never been to third restaurant, only ever been here on the boardwalk behind it during my early walks to see amazing sunrises. First there's ample parking. However wew needed handicap spot, and the closest one had an island right where passenger would get out, which seemed weird bc it makes it difficult for the handicap passenger to exit the car. I should have taken pictures to better explain. Anyway once inside, the place is beautiful. This was in December and the holiday decor was very nice. We went inside and were immediately greeted and escorted to a table near the bar. We were given menus but being our first time, needed a bit of time to really look over it, but we did order drinks. My sis got a fruity alcohol beverage. I got a mule. I have to say I didn't get much alcohol in there! I ordered a second at some punt and still nothing. The waiter said he'll come back for food order. Our drinks arrived and he asked if we decided on starters. So we ordered the nachos. At some point those were dropped to us by another guy (a runner maybe? ). So we started digging in. The nachos were great. Cheesy, full of peppers, olives, etc. We had chili on the side, and guacamole, sour cream. We were knee deep in them when we realized our waiter never came back to get our meal order. He was over at the bar chatting with other patrons. I mean a lot if time went by before we could get his attention. The runner came by again before he did. And we said we wanted to order. Finally waiter comes back, no apology ot anything but nonetheless, we ordered. By then I just ordered a light tuna poke bowl. My sis got lamb chops and shrimp with side of mash potato. I was treating and told her to go for it. She was happy with her proteins, but said the mash tasted like a box mix...a brand name box mix, but box nonetheless. I was happy with my poke bowl. We had eaten about as much as we were going to. And patiently waited to get his attention again. We finally flagged down another server and asked for our bill. That's when our guy came over with it. Again, no real conversation or anything. Anyway, we paid. The bill was decent for what we ordered, but I felt pretty high for the quality. I wanted to be blown away. I tell you, I'd go back during football season for nachos! Lol... other notes, the bathroom was clean but the toilets were built for kindergarteners. So low to the floor. Thank God my sister did not have to go bc she would not have been able to get down or up without assistance. All in all it was good not great. I think next time we'll sit away from the bar, maybe we'll get a better server. Whil definitely go back, hopefully in warmer weather so we can sit outside.

Food was delicious, I mean out of this world! Chicken cutlet with avocado, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a little sauce on a bun that isn't bready/bloating with perfect fries worthy of taking home, then a side ceasar salad with fresh parmesan and light, crisp croutons fantastic to finish (I asked for it altogether, but it comes as a salad first course and sandwich second). A chicken addict myself and this was juicy and mouth watering, and can actually taste all the flavors. Waitress not personable or good with suggestions at all, and asked if I'm "window shopping or ordering" before even handing me the menu, meanwhile having a conversation with an older couple down from me the entire time, but for a professional lunch on a weekday, decent enough. Waited a while for the check at an empty bar, and she got defensive when I asked a second time for it, didn't even know Debi served me until I got it. Work on respecting younger customers maybe? Also a downside, they don't like to change minor things like a fried option to grilled, and the customer's feedback on food quality is not appreciated, but they did it. Been here befor months ago when it first opened and thought I'd try it again, nothing has changed. PS: No bicycle parking, active lifestyle lovers not welcome.

It’s a decent place with great views . Menu is basic and the food was just okay . Beautiful area to take a stroll. The food could use a bit more seasoning but that just my own opinion . We wanted to sit on the deck and we were told no since they had no tables , we walked buy several empty tables outside and while we had dinner noticed they were never filled the whole time . Staff wasn’t attentive to our table as she was to others never came back to ask if we’d like another drink or more water .

We decided to make a day of it with a trip to Mongers Market and stopped at Boca Oyster Bar for what we hoped would be a fresh seafood fix while up the coast. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The lobster bisque was underwhelming—thin in texture and lacking seasoning, especially salt. The oysters, which we were genuinely excited for, didn’t have the bright, briny flavor we were expecting. They just felt... flat. Service was passable, but not particularly warm or attentive, and the biggest letdown? The cocktails. We ordered margaritas that came with no salt rim, completely over-iced, and missing even a garnish to dress them up or help redeem the flavor. It’s a beautiful location with potential, but sadly, the execution didn’t live up to the setting or the seafood-forward promise.
