Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Bridgeport

The outside trashcan was overflown. Lot's of trash on the floor and over the trashcan. The restroom was nasty and I ignored all that as I see they were actually working very fast and honestly trying to give a good service.

However, my issue was when I was ordering my burrito. I asked for carnitas and the portion was extremely small so I asked for double meat which means I am willing to pay more for a little more meat and the person grabbed a piece of fat blob marbling non-meat and placed it in my burrito.

I politely asked to please remove it and the person did remove it but it didn't put any more meat as I requested. So I asked again if I can have double meat and the person told me "I already put more meat" and I said, "No. You put a blob of that thing that's not meat" and the person told me "That's all I can do. You can talk to the manager if you want."

Then at that point I wasn't going to continue the argument because I was getting uncomfortable. However I was waiting for the next person to label my food and if it was getting labeled as double meat then I was going to tell them to call the manager.

I am never stopping here again as it seems the employees are very exhausted with the large amount of customers they attend on a daily basis specially on a Sunday and they seem to be taking it out on...

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any fast food restaurant in my life. Not only was the place entirely unsanitary and the display unappetizing, but the service was extremely slow and unfriendly and actually incompetent.

They are were also out of everything even cheese and even ice. The tables were dirty, behind the servers in the kitchen was noticeable filth. The straws were lazily refilled with the entire bag on the counter. No forks, no knives. The garbages were overflowing. The only reason there was a line because the people who were supposed to be serving were just unwrapping the little salsa containers while the bowls got backed up like by 10 and he was just blankly staring at us.

I barely even wanted to eat my food because everything was so unappetizing and unappealing. But I was so hangry after my experience I ate it anyway. But I did ask for a little bit of the spicy salsa and he added a whole scoop my food was practically inedible I was sweating while eating it.

Went to get a carnitas bowl the young girls were actually nice. It was the older skinny rude lady at the line that was very rude even had the nerve to raise her voice at me. I was stunned like is this normal here? Thank God I changed my ways cuz my blood was boiling. I asked a simple question and this lady felt the need to be rude and keep doing what she was doing. I asked the chubby girl next to her that asked me if I wanted any chips. I said yea like an idiot never again. So I asked her who is the manager & she said me. I said ok thank u and left. Cuz obviously she’s allowed that lady to be rude to customers infront of her & didn’t say nothing like that’s the regular. Wow I felt really bad for me but also the young girl working at the register I looked at her & she looked so embarrassed I felt her eyes said it all smh. Shame on the manager for allowing her employees to treat customers like nothing. Now I see why all the bad reviews they all true! I’m not ever coming back here they can keep they nasty attitude and...
