NY Caffeine CT — Restaurant in Bridgeport

This place is at the bomb it just opened up a few days ago here in Bridgeport beautiful atmosphere beautiful dining experience beautiful decorations inside the restaurant It's an all day breakfast bar you could order breakfast all day and there they have little light breakfast that you can order until I believe 10 PM The staff was very friendly knowledgeable helpful that the core is so good has real pretty Earth tone colors inside the restaurant It has that New York fail to it They have little light breakfast items and sandwiches They also have cheesecake I'm going back to buy some cheesecake I usually don't eat anyone's cheesecake but there's look so good I had the a cattle toast and it had a little bit of salt on it and I hate salt but this was so good the flake you saw a compliment at the seasoned avocado that was on the toast it was delicious They also had coffee their coffee is 10 times better than Dunkin' Donuts Dunkin' Donuts is the only coffee I drink really I don't like Starbucks because it's too strong I don't like any too many other coffee except Spanish coffee but this coffee was very good it was very fresh bold flavor and they gave it to you in this little Pepsi can like battle they make it for you and they put it in a Pepsi can they also have cardboard straws I've never seen a cardboard straw before I'm from Connecticut It's a New York thing I'm guessing the coffee was delicious I had an iced caramel macchiato it was delicious so I am definitely going back there I am going to make It's a spot for me and my friends we're definitely going back there this place is a...

I stopped in on Sunday April 27th, their grand opening weekend.

We ordered a large mocha, large iced caramel macchiato, Nutella donut + chocolate chip cheesecake.

Sat down and waited for our order. And waited…eventually I realized that people that ordered after us were getting their items. My husband had to go to the counter to inquire about our order. In the end it took at LEAST 35 minutes to receive our order!!

I understand they are busy but this was clearly an issue of organization. Maybe not enough staff. Some tips - when ordering a simple pastry, the person taking the order should give it to the customer right away. It would speed up the process. Each order should have a number that can then be called out. And then one person should be in charge of calling out the orders. It would really help with the flow of fulfilling orders.

While ordering the cashier kindly suggested I get a Nutella drizzle on top of my donut. I agreed and saw her type „Nutella topping” on the iPad. My donut came plain and was definitely stale, probably leftover from previous day.

My husband bit into his cheesecake and then realized he was given a plain cheesecake, not the chocolate chip cheesecake we ordered.

Some positives - the place is beautiful, lots of comfortable seats. My iced caramel macchiato was delicious.

AMAZING!!!!! I have been seeing this all over my TikTok FYP and decided to give this a try and I must say I am far from disappointed. I grabbed an Iced Carmel Macchiato and by far this was better than Starbucks. They use coffee beans straight from Italy and the taste is indescribably good and the flavors are not artificial tasting and not too sweet. Customer service was top tier the owner and staff were overly helpful and answered all questions they were so helpful and inviting they even gave me a pastry to take home and try. I opted for the pistachio and Dubai chocolate and they were absolutely out of this world! 😍 will be making this my go to coffee spot from now on, Starbucks who???? Please do what you can and show...
