The people at this franchise location are usually friendly, even when you complain. There have been a couple of exceptions. We've never had a bad pizza from this shop, over several years and sometimes frequent orders. My biggest issue with this Domino's is that we are on the edge of their delivery area. They delivered to us for about 3 years, no problems, and then it suddenly became an issue of who was working, whether they did or not. When pushed for do or don't, their last choice was "don't," with even old staff and management not recalling previous practices or discussions. We just quit ordering from them for a while (about a year), since when one has to go out, the choices of places increases; and the annoyance caused the choice to be "somewhere else." They had a monopoly on us as delivery customers, and eliminated it themselves. Their loss. We did resume ordering pick-up from them on occasion, based on product and otherwise friendly service. But their pick-up competition is much more prolific than their delivery competition, so instead of two orders per week, they get our business every month or three. Thankfully, Domino's has now made the menu accessible without entering personal information. Now if they would reveal the toppings of their specialty pizzas without throwing you into the ordering portal, that would be nice. I usually get frustrated and just go to De Felice's very public and unimposing menu. Still giving you a five-star, Domino's, but you could be more user-friendly. DeFelice's service is not always as good as Domino's, but they have a pretty good product too, and they are just easier to deal with, if you want to...

I called the store and talked to a nice lady she then proceeded to tell me why I recieved the wrong wings im gonna tell everyone on here because they dont tell you. I Ordered boneless wings with parm garlic well apparently they dont do that even tho it's an option it will switch it to traditional wings. I said why is this my fault if you do this you could have had the courtesy to call and tell me. We'll she said let me get my manager. He gets on the phone and I proceed to tell him what happened and he said that's what you Ordered what do you want me to do. I said no that's not what I ordered and your employee stated that in the beginning. He said we'll what do you want me to do I said I want my correct order and then proceeds to yell about it. Well listen dude you ruined my order and my night I will never ever order there again ever. So today another manager calls and says hey could you tell me what happened last night. I told him the exact same thing and I said I ordered else where and the Dominos food is still on my counter never been touched. He said you mean to tell me you didn't eat the food over wings and service. Yes your dam right I didn't and I said listen your not ruining my day by mocking me so I hung up.    Read moreLast time I ordered my pizza was delivered 45 minutes AFTER the timer said it was finished and when the pizza was delivered 2 of the three boxes were crushed and my pizza smooshed. Usually our service is timely and pizza is great so we're chalking it up to Dominos had a bad night and we're trying again TONIGHT. The kids love pizza night, and you gotta give the ppl what they want, right? Hopefully the next review is a better one. Update So unfortunately two hours later I still have no pizza. I placed my order at 9 p.m. Called in at about 10:20 and was informed he was "in route" and she could not tell me what time he left because she just arrived after being called in from another store to help. 40 minutes later still no pizza. I called back and this time a young man informed me after I told him my dilemma that he just got here and they're slammed, blah blah blah. I informed him that as a customer none of that was my problem. The customer is always right. It's been two hours and my kids were hungry and no one even called.
