Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bridgeport

There are a number of reasons that I don't frequent places like Dunkin'. Most reasons revolve around dietary issues. Since I had a few extra minutes and a $5 gift card, I decided to skip the DD in the bus terminal. I walked to the one on the corner of Main St and John St and ordered what I thought was going to be a hot Chai tea not knowing that in this case, latte immediately meant espresso. The communication at this location wasn't that good. I had to repeat my order and I had to ask why the cashier who also made my order just left my unfinished drink sitting at the machine to go and take orders from the people in line. The staff is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. I went into this excuse of a Dunkin to get coffee for my mother and I. We are at the counter and already I can tell we are about to have a problem. The little girl behind the register was so RUDE. AND ON TOP OF THAT WAS ON FACETIME WITH SOMEONE ON LOUD SPEAKER, HAVING A SEPARATE CONVERSATION. When my mom asked about a beverage she gave a short and snappy response. She is so unprofessional it wasn’t even funny. I ended up telling my mom that we needed to leave and that we would not be spending our money at an establishment that allows their workers to be paid to do their own personal thing at the register. Maybe it's cause I was in a rush today but The two ladies at the registers had some really nasty/rude attitudes when I asked to break up a $20 the first lady said she couldn't do it and that her register was closed so I said okay and I asked if the other lady next to her could break up the $20 for me the first lady had a really mean and hateful attitude as the second lady I asked said no the first one turns to her and says to the second one "didn't I just say we can't break up any $20's?" I was half ways away from telling her that she ONLY mentioned her own register and that It was closed not the other lady's register plus I had just seen the second lady be passed a 20$ by another customer and he got change all in all my gripe here is the really nasty...
